lol. the lime green pony who is fishing is a guy...he can't pay off his rent so he's trying to sell some fish to the local fish market...little desperate!!! lololol!!!
 
I think it's nice work! The first page immediately starts the adventure, so it catches the reader's interest. I prefer more My Little Pony worldly adventures (like in the tv series), but this seems promising also. And I like your style of drawing, especially the green pony on page three is adorable. :D

cute story so far. nice artwork too. if i did one, i'd rather draw it by hand. couldn't handle trying to make it look right with a paint program.
 
Very very nice! I'm eager to know more about the story here! You've done an excellent job so far! ^_^ And see? What did I say? Somebody posts only one page and people are so quick to jump the gun and say it's just like Luna's...Why can't people give others a chance before they start judging?

This is such a lovely comic. See I knew that it would be totally different from lunacats. I must say I love your artwork. I like that picture of when the white pony went into the water. Beautiful. I love the story line so far. Keep up the great work.

Thank you for agreeing with me. ^_^ I truly don't see how this is anything like Luna's and I know her story well. I even helped awhile back with ideas in helping her write it, and this bares no resemblance. Just because people start making a comic doesn't automatically mean it's "a lot like LunaCat's"...x_x Give people a chance, please. I'm sorry, I just hate seeing people being accused of copying others without even given a chance and it seems to happen a lot when anybody tries anything new.

you are so right fizzy :) i just hope everyone realizes this. the comic is great babylilac, keep 'em coming :)
 
It's just that these new comics being posted are all starting out with a pony wearing a cape running away from "evil" ponies and carrying a hidden baby (exactly like LunaCat's). I'm not trying to attack anyone or anything, but it just seems like there are so many more ways to start out a comic, you know? Why do they all start out the same? o_O

This one is cute though, and I'm eager to see where the story goes. ;)
 
So what if it does? Lots of stories have started out similar, but people never give anybody the benefit of the doubt by seeing only one page. It also means that people are just inspired by Luna and she should take that as a compliment. It doesn't necessarily mean that people are going to be plagiarizing her work, and if anything she should be flattered by it. She inspires people, but the stories aren't being directly copied, just starting out similar. Being a story writer myself it can be VERY difficult to start out a story and it's only natural for people to search for ways to begin a story, especially through their favorite writer or artist.
 
Teddy: I agree. i could have started it differently, but i liked the idea of a poor pony finding hope randomly-fishing in this case lol!!!
