I'll hopefully be able to come- depending on if there's a carpool coming up from the Carolinas! Crossing my fingers....
 
Well skyrocket, you guys are welcome to ride with us up from the Hampton Roads Area. We've got a seat saved for you in the van!

I'll probably be working on organizing a caravan up from the Hampton Roads area and meet up with a few others around Richmond and we'll come on up from there.

Yes! The whack a fakie is going to be a hilarious spectical and some great laughs too.

Oh and guess who will be making an appearance searching for a new home? I'm going to bring my gaint Hasbro Mail Order Frilly Frocks with me. She'll be in the Auctions of the day. We are having auctions again this year right?

No worries :) There will be a big selection of food, definitely something for everyone--we'll have vegetarians and diabetics present, for example, so there will definitely be food to accommodate everyone. If you'd like, when the time comes to start deciding food assignments, if you'd like to bring a vegetarian dish for everyone you'd be more than welcome to. Totally up to you of course! ;)
 
Man....getting close now! I can't wait to see all the customs...that is my favorite part besides seeing all my old friends and meeting new ones
 
Okay I have some ideas on some things I could do at the meet (forgive me if I should have PM'd this). Please tell me what you think, people. :)

Give kids G1s campaign - This idea stems from the pet peeve of mine that collectors seem to limit their kids to having only g3s to play with, since g1s are old and/or collectible (if anyone gives their kids g1s then correct me please :) ). I think that G1s are better than G3s, have more variety (more poses, seaponies, dream beauties, etc) and are thus more fun to play with. Basically what I would do is make a little table section, have it be empty at first, and at the meet I'd buy several g1s that cost like about $2 or less, put them in that section, and label it "Free to kids 12 and under and people who PLAY with their ponies". By the latter I mean people older than 12 like me who actually do things with their ponies that children do, like carry them around, talk to them, etc (there isn't likely to be anyone here that does this, but I don't want it to sound like "if you're older than 12, then you are too old to actually PLAY with ponies"). I will probably make a limit of maximum of 1 per person, but if there aren't many kids there then I'd raise that limit to 2 or 3.

Pony game CD giveaway - I'd give away CDs that contain an up-to-date version of my game Pokemon Kindness Version, which features several MLP characters in it. The CD would also contain a bonus game that I made, called "Pinkie Pie's Loot" where Pinkie Pie tries to collect gems while avoiding bombs (a simple highscore game basically). I'd try to bring enough CDs for everyone to get one, but no one would be required to take one.
This idea is tentative to if I have the time - making 30+ CDs would take a long time especially if my game is over 500mb!
