Ohh my goodness.. This is like a dream...

I already permanently-borrowed the most amazing calf-length leather skirt my Mum used to wear in the 80s. My pony's going New Romantic :D


(If I can fit this in around moving house and starting a new job, that is!)

Also I just watched part of Xanadu the other nite XD but i think it was 1980 it came out? Does that count? (being as the start of the decade, wasn't too crazy yet lol)

I have no sewing ability whatsoever. So used things had around the house. Necklaces the ponies are sporting however are handmade. Everything else was scraps of material, hair accessories, pony clothes / accessories and even some Barbie accessories. Citrus Sweetheart is wearing a 'top' it is a very pale pink and lacy, which makes it difficult to see. Apologies for that.

I feel like I'm holding out on you guys, but I am down to just two things for my pony. If I can't find them this weekend, I'll go ahead and post. I really hope you get a kick out of her skirt...or more specifically, her belt. I *finally* had a use for that gold leather I've been hoarding!
 
Yay! I had a G3 w/ rainbow hair that Im currently painting white, I guess Ill try to make her look hippy-ish, I just need to find my camera cord...

Just for fun! Not an entry :)

Hmmmm when this was first posted, I was going to try and paint/sculpt (or sew O-O) a pony. That is NOT going to happen, at this point! However, here's my (very rough) sketch, because it cracks me up. (Just for fun, not an entry--hopefully that's obvious LOL) The scanner did not do justice to the blinding neon brightness of the yellow and orange parachute pants and leg warmers, though. Heh.
