Winter Series III

They are cute! I cant wait to find them at Target but the Targets around here probably wont get them in stock for awhile. I'll be checking the DPCI # everytime I go to Target.
 
okay i hate to be the whiner but WHY is her name tobbogan when she's got a snowflake symbol? LOL

come on hasbro! surely you can make a name to match a symbol? lmao!

i am glad they branched out with colours though.

I guess they weren't kidding, it is going to be a VERY Minty christmas LOL :)

I think I need to see some pictures of them out of the boxes. There's not an instant OMG! factor here, but that has been known to change at times. I just wish they were more...well...Chirstmasy.
 
They are all very nice. Especially I love Snow Glo.
I think, it would be great to make a display for all winter-ponies.

get this, i went into target, and the girl at guest services said they had them as of this morning, but when she asked a guy to check the locations, he said there were none on the shelf and none in back. ??? well, it's still early, i'm still fretting about those family dollar ponies and anchors away...

yeah i like different ponies in my winter set too but i think they released her because she has a movie coming out. i love minty though, she's adorable.

*points to previous post* because of the "very minty christmas" movie. minty is going to be EVERYWHERE this christmas season.
 
Movie or no movie, Minty had been re-released too often imo.

Since they are T-exclusives they won't be sold here. Could anyone pleeeeease picke them up for me? *looks around at everyone in the US with puppydogeyes* =P

*frowns* minty has been re-released twice. once in the ballet/skating packs and once in the wing wishes set. she also seems to be very popular among kids, so that could be why hasbro is keeping her in the line.

Desert_Rose if you need a set let me know. When I go to get mine I will try to get you one. I should be going to Target next Wed. or Thurs.
 
I'll get them for my collection, since I have all the "holiday" ponies (Winter/Easter/Valentines) so far. But I wish they were more Christmas themed. :(
 
went to my target today, and no sign of them, sandy island and hula lula havent even came here yet either, we still have butter drop and penny candy all over the place... :(

That is my point, sure they can release her again if they want, but they've totally spoiled the specialness of the winter ponies by adding her in.

I love minty, but not for a winter pony, since in my book she isn't a winter pony to begin with.

I love the winters, but I am very dissapointed they've just decided to add an extra normal pony to the set, instead of another winter. If they wanted to advertise for the film they should have just done a special winter minty seprarate from the trio, but since that would cost more it would never of happened.

Just my 2 cents. :wink:

I like the two new ones. I could use a lilac/purple and peach colored Winter Pony. ;)I can see why Hasbro made Minty a Winter Pony, though. Her colors and symbols are just perfect. :)
 
I wish Minty was in a new pose, and like someone else said, had a more Christmas-y symbol (kind of like what they did to G2 Skyskimmer, when they released her as an Easter pony), but other than that, they please me. :p
