Winter 2010/2011 ATC Swap -- All finished! Album link posted.

Naw, you guys didn't doom it. I think I've been running ATC swaps nonstop for two years. Or maybe it's three, I can't remember off the top of my head. I really am just plum out of ideas at this point!

You gals might have more fun if a couple of you switched off hostess duties. It doesn't have to be just one person in charge of every swap. And heck, this is a great way to try out swap organizing, too! Give it a try and see if you like it. :laughsnow:

Sorry about that everyone! I would've sent them prio if I knew. :( But they are on the way now. I'm very excited to see every ones cards!

I'm sad to see ya go, as far as hostess that is! But I'll be sure to see ya around the boards!
 
i got mine wednesday, but they were not in condition they should have been. i guess the weather decided to take a beating to my envelope, causing most of the cards water logged, i guess is the right word. none are really damaged. i managed to clean one up the best way i could that stuck to the note. i will scan them when they are dry and flat. i do like them all. they're all great cards. very creative.

Oh, goodness, BBD! It figures on my last swap that the post office would manage to drop my packages in a puddle or snowdrift. :eevil: Let me know if any of mine need remade; it won't be a problem. I should be able to print you copies of any of your other cards if they're not drying well.
 
Bwahaha! After I sorted the cards into your packages, my bathtub was quite literally covered in glitter after I washed off that night. I loved it. I've still got some in my little rug here...every time I think I got it...nope, there's still more shinies! :tongue2:

You sure can! And feel free to post the ones you made, too. :D I take photos of all the cards, but, you know, I'm a little slow at that part about getting them online in an album here. LOL.
 
they're not too bad. i think the cards that lev made were more prone to the wetness, since she used cardboard and paint. they're not that bad though. thanks for the offer of new ones.

LadyPheonix9 do I leave feedback for you for sending me the cards? I got them yesterday :) I will probably be putting the ones I made in my art album on my prof and make a thread here to show off the ones I got from others :) I love all of mine so much and can't wait to make more next time! I feel bad I didn't make backgrounds on mine >_<

Yes ma'am! You can leave me host feedback. :D Oh, and don't worry about the backgrounds! I usually do whatever looks right on the card, and yours looked great with the ponies being front and center. Like, I think if you'd put a background on the snowball pony, it would have looked totally cramped. And then you'd be doing one of these: 00)
 
Yay! Mine arrived yesterday...but I forgot to check my mail until late last night, heheh. I love them :) Everyone did great work!

I even liked the glittery ones; I like glitter, as long as it doesn't get all over the place! Thanks ladyphoenix9. :D
 
Mine came yesterday, too! I was so excited to come home from my meeting to find an envelope waiting for my. They are all awesome! Everyone did a great job on them!
 
Is anyone planning on hosting the next ATC swap? I have a few ideas and I will have some open time shortly, so, if no one objects, I thought I might give hosting a go. I don't want to step on anyone's toes or anything, so if someone is already in line to do one, just let me know.

I know what you mean, Tiegrsi. ;) Looks nice, but it'll stick to anything given half a chance. (And my cat will eat anything shiny, given half a chance, lol.)

Lesse, Spirited...I think I sent one of yours to BBD, one to lev...probably one to tsuki...I think Tiegrsi might have gotten one...I didn't keep the Wind Whistler, although I ogled it muchly. I needed to send it off to someone else to give a good variety in the packs. Now I can't remember who it went to, though.

I kept my two from tsuki, Tiegrsi's one of Cloud Puff putting the star on the tree, the one Goddess Daine made for me, lev's Wind Whistler making a snowpony, EvilMuffin's amazingly glittery new year's ball with Wind Whistler, MidnightChyld's "Cocoa Asplode" with Rapunzel, and then one I'd made for PinkieMint before she dropped out. LOL, I just saw I signed it to myself on the back. I'm a loser. :p
