That is terrible Ology. I hope the horses will be able to have a home to go back to.

It has not rain in Alabama sense Aug. This is area is 15 miles from my house. Our friend who has horses took this the end of her property as they were turning there animal loose. Everyone in that part of area is evacuating. The fire trucks from all over the counties have been rushing out there. We have had High winds all day. That Gods by a Miracle its raining now.

The Fire fighters are still dealing with the blaze it is not small and my area is heavey forested and dry as a bone. Even with this down poor they are still working to keep the fire back.
Lucky we just heard that our family friend house animal horses and themselves are ok but they are still prepared to flee if they get told to again. We have a small space but her three horses are welcome to it for a few days I needed.

Good news is the fires were put out. My friends horses have to stay in a smaller pasture as their barn was damaged with the fencing but its still got shelter and food. No lives lost thank the gods. You can smell the burning even now. I am just glad it rained last night and the fire fighter got the people that did suffer property loss out with their lives. We don't normally have fires to deal with but its been so dry around here there is a strict no burn policy in effect. I just wonder if someone ignore this and set a fire to burn trash or brush and then this happen. A lot of wooded area was burned badly.

I'm glad no one was hurt or killed. It's possible someone did disregard law.

The neighbor behind us burned her leaves directly after the big wild fires in the Cajon Pass with strong winds blowing.

Like seriously dumb lady, tons of people had to evacuate, there was ash and smoke in the air and you can't be bothered to mulch your leaves or toss em in the trash like everyone else?

I am so glad to hear the fires are out. That is a very scary thing and its even worse when you have livestock. Oh my goodness.
 
I unplugged our interactive droid BB8 after a fun time of driving him around the house. Buuuuuuuuuuuut his head was turning around and looking at me while I was trying to type. It freaked me out so much I covered him with a face mask. The face mask starts moving around and he manages to get it to fall off and there he is staring at me again. I took his head off. His head has been placed with Cat Pee Pony. I doubt he will enjoy anything he can see there.

Yesterday the front door flew open because of the wind we were having here. It scared me so bad I almost lost it. R2 forgot to the lock the door when he left. I was on the phone and the other person was laughing like crazy at my hysterics.

There was a guy on the news a while ago who set his apartment complex on fire literally trying to kill everyone either a spider or cockroaches

Why would I be mad at you silly? :p I was just sharing the story with you because I thought you'd find his reaction tragi-comic like I do.

I often have a good laugh at my own overreactions.

Like the time I stripped off my own pants because I thought there was a spider crawling in my pants leg, or the time there was a bigger spider that wouldn't die and I somehow ended up on the chair screaming and trying to blast it with some kinda house cleaner.Or the time that I begged the neighbor to kill one for me.

My best friend's son and his wife welcomed a baby boy into the world this morning at 8:30. 8.11 As far as I know he is healthy and doing well and mom is fine. I have known this family since their children were under the age of 5. Now they are having children. Makes one feel old. Better break out the wrinkle cream.
