I'm doing MUCH better since my stupidity incident at NYCC.

It's still a little sore where the split happened, but really just when I touch it or if I've had a hard day at work ( aka very physical ). My neck was sore as heck for the looooongest time, since the major muscles in my neck were stretched to heck and back when my head hit the floor, but exercising them every morning JUST by laying back over the edge of my bed to get my hair into a high pony tail helped a LOT. Kind of like physical therapy, I guess.

I'm just grateful I didn't have to get any stitches! Not being able to take a shower or not being able to work for more than the one day I called out would have driven me nuts!
