So what is up with Jingle and Ribbons?

I've never heard of Fred's or Hudson's, so maybe Florida doesn't have them?

I can check Burlington, but they usually just have pony merchandise like those cute lunch boxes. I have never seen an actual pony or set there.
 
I FOUND THEM!!!!!

I found 2 of Ribbons and Bows, and 1 of Jingle Jangle, but I'm delighted.

I must say that I still feel that these girls will be rare. Don't let the quick dash on Ebay fool you. These will not be produced again, and their limited releasing will soon run out. I got a response from one of the sellers on Ebay, and she said she did buy them here in a store. So that other seller was probably flat out lying. If you are in need of these, I'd buy them at these low prices. I'm not going to sell mine as I only have three complete sets (two from their first Meijers release), but I think the prices on Ebay right now are fair. The ones I bought were 5 bucks each.

Good luck to all the other sunshiney Floridians! All it takes is a little pony sleuthing...and some gas :D
 
That would spoil everybody's fun! I had fun looking around town without having a clue. I do have a feeling that Florida may be the only carrier though. Three sellers on Ebay and me all finding them in a 2 hour radius? Seems a little fishy to me. Maybe Hasbro's pittying us since we are the farthest south and get most things last.

Edited to say: No they weren't at Burlington. I wasted tons of time in that heaping place to come out empty handed.
 
Congrats on finding them.

I was kind of hoping they would be widely released this year. I bought the white one last winter and she ended up being lost in the mail :cry:

I do think it is kind of crappy that you found them and won't tell anyone. Especially since I was the one who gave you the heads up to look for them.

Then to come and brag that you found them and not tell anyone where is kind of rude. Especially since the entire point of this thread was to see where they were coming from.

The pony community is great in that if someone helps others, later they will help you back. This is not a way to get people to help you out later when and if you need it.
 
How about a hint? I have friends in Florida that might be able to help me out, but they're boys! I can't really ask them to go around searching..

Deffidently NOT disney World. I work at the Magic Kingdom and have not seen them in any park or downtown disney OR wal mart in Kissimmee...

I wonder if they are at Walgreens or 7-11. There seems to be a TON of those stores here
 
Heads up? Tell me you're kidding, KneonT. I've been watching these since day one. I only went out today after talking with a seller. Don't think that bc I just started posting about it, I didn't know about it.

I also bought two Licensing Show Rarities on Ebay for $60 MIP with their bags the same time others were paying $300 each. I know how to look on Ebay, believe me.

A hint would be to look at any discount place. I have a feeling not just one store is going to carry these. I will still search other places as well, as I looked in several of the same chain today and only one had them. The chances of finding these are still pretty slim I think.
 
I would guess a place like Family Dollar or Dollar General. If You went to mutiple stores and found them, than it has to be a pretty wide chain w/ mutiple stores in a place. Someone like that that has stores on every corner.

But i still dont see why it makes a difference in telling! It will eventually be said!
 
I was watching since day one too. I just didn't post it until I had enough info to make the claim.

I also told people months ago to check the discount places because my hubby found Meijers exclusive Tformers before. That is why I have been watching these babies on eBay.

The whole point of this thread I started was to help all the collectors who did NOT get a set. There are alot of them on here!

To come on here and brag that you got them and then not tell anyone where was kind of rude. That is all I am saying.

I think most everyone here will feel the same way.

Let's hope people don't do the same thing to you later on when you need help finding something.
 
Bragging...yeah that's what I was doing.

I was letting other collectors know that they are indeed here in Florida. Had I bought 10 sets and gone on and on about my luck, that would have been rude. I was giving the information that they are here. Plain and simple. I was not bragging, nor being rude. I will not be bullied into saying where they are. Ask the sellers, but they won't tell you either.

I don't understand why people are getting mad at me for not saying exactly where. That's just stupid. No one told me and I found them just fine. If it does come out, great, I'm just not going to be the one to ruin the income these sellers may actually need.

You've got to be kidding. Although I must say I'm really not surprised, since you seem to be ignoring all the drama surrounding you in the Trader Feedback forum, why would you want to help out other collectors?

At first I was just going to post that you were being kind of rude not telling people to help them out...but then I noticed WHO was posting. Why are you even on the MLPTP anymore?
 
Interesting..You probably wouldn't believe the support of members who were on my side. But why go into that when I'm just a terrible person?

I guess no one knew how I gave Fairyheart more than compensation for her loss, probably bc I told her not to say anything. Also, I already paid BPN, though I wasn't happy with her at all for calling my home.

This is not here nor there. I have had many perfect transactions on the arena and here, but that's not the topic at hand.

There is already plenty on posting about this in the feedback forum.
 
It WOULD be really nice to know where they are, especially for those of us who don't live in FL but have relatives in that area willing to pick them up for us.

However, I don't feel like making my cousin have to run around EVERYWHERE to try and find them. She's happy enough to pick them up and ship them, but asking her to run around because someone won't tell exactly WHAT STORE they're in is rather inconsiderate.

So I guess this really sucks for people like me who have a chance to get them now and still can't. -.-

I was just thinking this thread was getting a little heated.

Guess we're back to finding out on our own where these things are, so let's get to it :wink:

Has anyone tried TJ Maxx?? There are several in Florida and they do carry older stock of MLPs sometimes. I've got one near home I'm going to check out. They have older releases of fashion ponies I've been meaning to pick up anyway.
 
I was thinking about TJ Maxx too.

There was a Canadian seller who had several sets as well. I don't think they are just
in Florida.
