This is my entry. It was the grossest pony I ever found. The reason it was so gross may no be completely obvious in the picture but her hair was as hard as a rock when this picture was taken !! I couldnt believe it. She also was kind of sticky gross I didn"t wanna touch her. since then I washed her hair and wiped her off she is still stained but not germy at least. :p That poor girl !

First off, she's hard as a rock. I was trying to deflock her, but it's really hard to get between her legs when she won't bend...lol I got her covered in various colors of paint and ink, and not too sure what I'm gonna do with her...(I'd like the second pic used for the voting please!...=]) on to the horror:

Well i dont know if this is still running great idea kat. OMg im loving some of these entries i took a photo of a poor girl i baught where someone had customed a bit but shes either been bitten by an animal or something. so heres the corpse bride as ive been calling her becajuse shes blue and got a gapping hole where her mouth and nose should be but its been mended with clay by her previous owner so it looks really bizare like fleshy see pic its not really good but best good do last minute. and ive not had a clue what to do with her.

She looks better now, but she took a LOOOOT of elbow grease, lol. I wish I'd of gotten a pic of her when he first brought her home - you literally couldn't tell what color her hair was. >.>
 
oh man.... a butterscotch?? lucky she got rescued then... I am soo laughing = this whole thread is great !! Hard to pick a favorite now with melted ponies, corpse brides, pox ponies and now this garbage rescue (let alone just plain scary BBE's = thanks Kar)

Keep 'em coming = I'm sure there are more hiding in barns and attics and basements (and gutters) around somewhere
 
still - that just should so NOT happen to a toy (ok, I admit I've watched toy story waaaay too often with my kids...)

Darn, my plan to post a pony a day kind of flopped! Sorry! I hope you guys are enjoying the bait pictures as much as I am, I love seeing all of the amazing baits everyone has! These poor ponies don't need a day at the spa, they need a month there!!!!!

Anyway, here's my last three ponies, including my two entries! :]

I hope it's okay if I put the first one in a story format like Lovebug, I couldn't resist using my little prop!

Phew, we made it out of there alive! I thought those mushrooms were going to nibble me to death for sure! And now we come to our last pony, a pony of grace and elegance! Just look at her beautiful accessories and surely you will agree! There can't POSSIBLY be a pony hideous enough to even make flowers wilt... right?

Okay, she doesn't look so bad from this side .. you can barely even see the pindot that riddles her body, and her tail-rust isn't so obvious! But ... what's that thing on her nose?

Note: All of those brown spots are not just pindot, or dirt; it's actual rust. How it got into her plastic, I have no clue, and I am equally clueless as to how it will get removed.

Dru, that Bowtie is the saddest dog chewed pony I've ever seen. :(((((

Someone sure had a hate on for poor Serena! and someone turned Milky Way into 'bloody way' hahahahah!!!!

loving all the entries folks. the contest closes *technically* tonight at about 11 PM EST HOWEVER the voting poll won't open up until tomorrow morning at some point, so if you need to sneak back in and edit a post you may, but no new entries please!

everyone has ponys in their posts and have pointed out which ponys are their entries if there are multiple different ponys, but some of you haven't picked a specific picture for me to use. you've got time to gpo back and fix that, but if you don't i'll be picking a photo that i feel shows the pony off the gruesomest, and depending how awake i am at the poll posting time, who knows if that'll be the best pic XDDD

oh and Kar, you said your entries were "just for fun" so does that mean you don't want to be in the running for anything?

so with a few hours left, are thre any scarey baits left out there??

Drat hubby has the camera on vacation with him. These are some AMAZING entries though! I don't think my poor box of baities can compete!
 
Yikes, I almost missed the deadline! I can't find my freaky eyeless BBE, so I'll go with this one:

Judging by the similarly-painted pony that came with this, I think someone was trying to make a set of G3 baby Mountain Boys.

It seems like it was a valiant effort, but currently the paint is totally sticky and messed up. There's a layer of purple, covered in blotches of a second layer of blue, and the paint has seeped into the hair plugs, cementing in the embroidery-floss mane and tail.
 
Here is one of my favorites! Party Time with something I don't know what got her o_O But I love her how she is X D

And the first picture is the one I want to enter. I wanted to use the second one but the flash kind of takes away some of the 'mess' on her... even though I do love how her eye glows.

Omby, that's kind of an awesome bait! Whatever kid did that was quite the little artist - it sort of adds a whole new personality to the pony.
