I thought it was pretty cute

but now that i think about it I'm a little mad at hasbro for the actual pony they made of Rarity

SHE IS A BABY!!!

Come on Hasbro make the pony what it supose to be dont put a baby in an adults mold come on give me a break :roll:

I think she would be much cuter as a baby but im gonna get the "adult version" any way

p.s. 8) did any one else realize that alot of the voice cast was or is from the cartoon "Cleo the mistfit unicorn" 8)
 
Ahh! I can't wait to get the orange unicorn with green hair and the purple ladybug as a symbol! She's the cutest one- I wonder what her name will be.

Also, in the first picture of Rarity, is she MISSING her tail?? I don't thikn I see one..
 
whistle wishes is the blue unicorn, brights brightly is the yellow one. no one else was named.

it's there, it's just sticking out her backside (i don't know why they put it so far down).

haha, i forgot about the unicorn speed thing... i must have just blocked it out of my mind ("too... stupid... does not compute... ERROR, ERROR..."). and yes, rarity's horn changes size SEVERAL times in the "greetins from ponyville" short. *pokes animators*

Yeah, even my 3 year old noticed that. :p Throughout the movie she'd say "Mama, look she's a baby", then "Nope, she's a big pony now" everytime Rarity's horn changed. Pretty sad editing when a preschooler catches the mistakes.
 
Okay this may just be me, but when all the Breezies go to sleep in the one flower and it starts rocking back and forth...did anyone else think "When the flowers a rocking, don't come a knocking"?
 
Rarity's movie is being released at Best Buy?? That'll be good since I've been waiting to see it but haven't wanted to open Rarity's package. : ) Thanks for the commentary Diet. ^_^
 
The DVD in the package with Rarity is not the full-length movie "The Runaway Rainbow". It is just a little DVD which has the music video of Pinky Pie's Ladybug Jamboree, 3 previews for MLP movies, including: A Very Minty Christmas, The Princess Promenade, and The Runaway Rainbow. Finally it has some songs with slideshows from the movies.
 
I bought mine for $11.99 at Wal-Mart today...so it is in mass release, not at just Best Buy.
 
I was going to get it, buy my sister told me tonight that she got it for me Christmas. She got it from Target. YEASH! Something for Christmas that I'll actually want!

Oh, darn! I just remembered I wanted to wait and get the three movies with the bonus tote. Darn. If I see them, I may still get them. Anyone seen them yet? I saw one on ebay. Where would they beeee? Oh please oh please tell me! :D
 
Thank you for breaking my brain with that review, Diet. Note to self: stay far, far away from the rest of the G3 movies. While the G1 TV show was all sorts of lame (minus Midnight Castle and possible Escape from Catrina, of course), it doesn't approach the level of lame described here. ;)

it's like a bad b-movie! it's so bad, IT'S HILARIOUS.
 
I must point out something else... The sheer unbelieveability made me forget, until someone on the Arena mentioned it...

WHY DO THE BEEHIVES IN PONYVILLE HAVE NO BEES!?

Seriously, where does the honey come from? Does it just magically appear! (Of course it does...)

Okay, enough of that rant. Ahem....unicorn speed! *runs away*
 
OMG YOU'RE RIGHT!! i remember as soon as it showed up i was like "uh oh, swarm of bees gonna give the breezies the beat-down..." and then no bees. they just ate honey and giggled. which begs another question - if there were no bees, why were they trying so hard not to drop the beehive?

So true! I just finally watched it last night, corny as it was, even my fiance laughed a little bit. He loves Zip Zee and the rest of the breezies, lol.

But alright people, admit it...how many of you wish rarity had gone over the falls??

Diet that's HILARIOUS! XDD

I just got the movie today. I must admit, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Rarity was the most annoying thing ever since my brother was invented, and her voice was enough for me to commit suicide.

I didn't like it all that much. I wish Hasbro would realize how bad they're getting.
I mean, come on. It's almost as if their movies are so bad that they can't even watch them, to see all the friggen' mistakes they leave.

I miss the old G1 episodes. :(
