Random Pony Thoughts

I'm trying to figure out who would make a good parent for Drummer, I don't have much in the way of musically themed ponies. Ice Song is a custom that my boyfriend is finishing up for me, but can't do anything with till I get some rhinestones for her eyes and I'm considering getting Medley to fix the situation.
 
I should be getting a package off my head. I know they will arrive. LOL

I think that is the best place for a symbol. If you put it on the tummy only it will look funny unless its TAF. If you put it higher up on the pony's body her mane will cover it. So, really, its the only logical place since in pony society wearing underwear is frowned upon.:D

See I look at that painted on thing as a diaper panty. Kind of like "get smart and get Luvs Fancy Pants." Its against the law for any pony to leave a puddle. Its not green and it does nothing for the flowers. So babies that are not pony trained must have on a fancy pants diaper thingy or a color changing diaper thingy. Its just not cool to be the only pony mother who doesn't keep the lawn clean and dry. In fact ponies that do that could end up paying a fine. In ponyland they are very strict about these things, but adults in underwear is just socially unacceptable.
 
I have always thought the diaper/nappy the pony was kinda strange. I mean, the last time I visited the stables not a one of the horses's foals had on nappies. I get that Hasbro was trying to bring the whole baby doll, feed the baby watch it wet its nappy experience to the crowd of kids that wasn't into dolls. You can be a pony mommy!!! Don't you think this was a little odd though for ponies? For some reason pony wear wasn't odd to me. Just the whole diaper your pony thing was. I picture in my mind this: all my friends have come over for a birthday party at my house. Its my birthday. I have turned 6. I have tons of mlp toys. All the kids want to play MLP. Its something like this:
"Princess Tiffany will cast a spell on your evil pony." ummmm yes
"Lets have a pony pageant and see who has the best outfit." ummmm yes
"Princess Primrose will wear her hat and pretend she is locked in a dungeon." ummm yes
"Let pretend that baby rainfeather has a loaded diaper." ummmm no
Who needs hearts to tell you a diaper is wet? Can't you tell it is when you pick the pony up and its dripping? hmmmmmm ROFLOL
I do have newborns, diapers, diapers in boxes and DNW ponies at my house though.:rolleyes:

 
I've got a good one... Twinkle Eyed Ponies-- how do they see the world? I mean, their eyes are gems, right? So is it like insect eyes? Do they see the world all fragmented?

Discuss. :)
 
I hated the TE ponies when I first saw them. I never had one growing up as a kid so I didn't feel any nostalgic attachment whatsoever. And there there was Locket...and she's now on my pony display table. But yea the gems are weird. Somebody had a pony comic floating around that explained how the ponies got their twinkle eyes. An evil wizard had them doing slave labor in a mine and when they were rescued they needed the gems to see. I really don't know how the faceted sides help them see any better.
