I want G5 to look more like G1 and G3, or at least look like ponies and not 4 legged bird beaked things
 
The power got knocked out again a few days ago and I noticed my little glow in the dark Rarity was in one of those those drawer bins, just glowing away. She put off an impressive amount of light, considering how small she is.
 
I wonder what the G5s will look like. At first I just hated G4, but it grew on me quickly. I think they look sorta like kawaii little fawns in a way.

So what would you peeps like the G5s to be? Retro'ed back to G1, or maybe something altogether new? I'd love to see something more real-life ponish, myself. But like the toys, not real life pooping ponies.

Wait. I would like a pooping toy pony, let's make that happen!

Lets wait till christmas. They sell the little plastic reindeer that poop candy. Probably get one to repaint and it will somehow feel the same. And dont forget the Drink and wet ponies!
 
@Skygleamshine-Chica is a mechanical 2-legged, bird beaked thing that will terrify and murderize you.

G5-I'd prefer something of a call back to G3 ish but with more species and boy varieties of different species and winged unicorns and flutters and sea ponies. It would also be super nice if Hasbro tossed the first two generations a bone and gave us older pony peeps the same kind of fan service they give to the Transformers fans more often. Overpriced hoodies and mugs aren't enough! We want proper toys!

And no, I don't really want plastic pooping ponies. :p

If I have to have that I'll go beg someone to muck and groom their horsies.
 
I'll even take G5s looking like Sweetheart Sisters if they can add more species to them.

Um, the Talking Twilight Sparkle released years ago was sort of like that. She was a mechanical, 4-legged, bird beaked mutant that terrified and looked at me in an unpleasant way (And dont mention she could sing horrible little songs...) :p

I want G5 to be better, a mixture of G1, G3, G4 and a spice of G2 gimmicks :D

Funny, I literally just bought him off of ebay. It was a spontaneous purchase. I just wanted some big brother ponies, you know? I get tired of my all girl school that I've go going on. I might even by some G4 boys to mix it up. I agree with you though, his colors aren't great.

I wonder what lead them to this decision. I can just hear the board meeting now. "Yea Pinkie in a chicken suit is going to really rock the pony world and make the fans spin. Its so hip, its so new, its just the best idea we have thought up yet." pffffffft


In honor of this doofus decision, I feel @Skygleamshine should make a chicken cake.
