Okay Ya'll how does underwear end up here?

Maybe there's a child or group of children in your area who are placing random objects in the streets just to drive you bonkers!

Funny enough we had a pair out here in The Styx! It was quite the conversation piece for all four of our closet neighbours. There was a **** lab down the road (I kid yo not) so we figured it was their advertising. They finally got busted though. Took long enough.

I actually went to Snopes to find out. Ends up there's tons of different reasons why the shoes might be hanging up there, but no one really knows, or it's more than one thing.

MYSTERIOUS!

Okay well that is just creepy. I don't know if I want to check that out. It will probably freak me out and I will start having nightmares about shoes coming after me. I would be a nightmare with shoes running by themselves, shoes on fire, shoes swinging from my trees, shoes on the BBQ pit, shoes on the swings at the park, shoes ringing my doorbell, shoes kicking the door, shoes shoes shoes...ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Those shoes must have belonged to Bubba.

I think it is Pixie's. Or it could also be the city gnome.

What you don't want to have happen is to find the bones of a foot in a shoe. Saw that on ID network this morning. uky boooo freak me out....poor guy passed away in the mountains and it took them like 5 years to find him and that is what they found. Sigh....so sad.

I actually thought about calling some 'closed case' kind of shows to see if they would help with my brother's case. His remains are still 'evidence' and they won't release them because they can't be 100% sure that it's really Don. It's driving me nuts, knowing he's in some box.

Sorry for that. I feel bad for you. Hugs.

LMAO dying at Bubba's shoes. But what if shoes have shoes? And do their shoes, have shoes? DUN DUN DUUUUUUN

I know their shoes have SOLES though. Maybe the shoes were flying off to Shoe Heaven and accidentally got tangled in the wires on their way up!

:lolpony::lolpony::lolpony:

I punned dat pun just for you!

We is punny.

Wait, why are we talking about puns? What the heck?

Anyways.

Shoes have soles and their soles have shoes. Logic, right?

Couldn't they do a dna analysis to find out if it was him? That is just plain horrible and sad. Sniff

They don't have any DNA samples, sadly. They bones are no good for the test and his real parents are dead and gone. We have nothing of him that might have any DNA on it. As his adoptive family ours in no good. I spoke with no uncle last week. He intends to get a lawyer to see if there's some way to bring Don home. We 'know' it's him and the police are pretty certain too. They just have to follow procedures.

We have some bizarre thread drift going here. SORRY EVERYONE! Sooooooorrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyy!

Maybe.

Ouch that's depressing. Does he have any other real siblings? Or was he the only one? Sorry for that *hugs*

Sorry, I didn't see this when it posted. To our knowledge, Don had no siblings. He had no aunts, uncles... nothing. It's sad really. He had no one but us.

Still no word. We have a lawyer now, so I have my hopes his remains be released to us soon. They have to go to a funeral home, but that's cool because my best friend Linda's son is an undertaker. He's all ready to receive the remains to cremate them.

I do want to say I don't blame the police, I know they have procedures they're stuck following.

Maybe I should ask them about the shoe thing. Heh.

I am glad at least your family has made some progress towards closure. Its really awful to not have that.
