(Mods, please feel free to move this if it should be in a different forum!)
About 2 weeks ago, I got the third section of my pony sleeve done. It was started about 1 year ago, and many of you probably remember seeing it, if you were at the '08 Fair in Rhode Island.
Here's the latest addition, on the inside of my arm. The pic looks blurry, but I just can keep my left hand steady enough for a crisp, clear pic.
Both pony figures are taken from this screen cap (but obviously the characters were changed):
Kristel, my artist made this awesome collage of what we've got so far:
Kristel lives several states away, but she has a busy travel schedule attending tattoo conventions all over the US & occasionally over-seas. This work was done at the Baltimore tattoo convention. I also had the honor of being photographed for a magazine, so I'm keeping my fingers cross that my work might end up in print.
It's still a work in progress. I'm going for a full sleeve, with sea ponies & an underwater theme from my elbow down. With my artist's travel schedule, we can only work on it every couple months, but that totally helps with the costs involved.
