* MD Pony Meet 2011! * Wrap-up!

NOW I'm starting to panic about getting stuff for my table ready for the meet! GAH!!!!
 
Has the custom contest been announced yet? I want to make sure I don't overlook it.

I'm very excited. I've never had a chance to go before and I might actually be able to this year. :D

The only unfortunate thing is my friend that used to live in Baltimore moved. :p I'm going to look up how possible it would be for me to make it there. :p But I'm going to try hard to be there this year. :D

I feel like I'm so slacking this year with getting everything together.
 
here i am, fresh from my yearly crawl out of the woodwork for the md meet.

usually i am home before the meet, but this year i will be at a medievalist event that i will have to leave for the meet on saturday and then drive back to after the meet. that should make things interesting this year.

maybe i'll do a custom, i've always wanted to enter one in the meet and never got the time or got around to it.

this'll be md meet number...four for me? i honestly don't remember. it'll be good to see you guys again!

I'm really excited for this! And my fiance totally did not kill me over the 6 boxes of ponies I bought last year, thank goodness! So I'm allowed to come back >-> (not that he could stop me... Mwahahaha!)

oooh... trying to see if I can also bring two neighbor girl friends ( 8, 10) along so there will be a few more kids hopefully (well, ya know we're all young at heart... but these gals are all 21st century -scary)= anybody else ??
 
I still have ponies to wash & customs to finish up.
I hope I can get it all done in time for the meet!

Luna, are you entereing the custom contest this year? If so I cant wait to see what you do. Last years custom was so epic! :)

This isn't really an event for kids. Honestly the only reason there are kids events at all is because of some collectors who have them. I personally would not be comfortable with your neighbors kids there too. It's not exactly THAT kid friendly and 4 kids for one adult to keep an eye on, while she herself tries to have fun is a bit much. I would prefer this to not become a childrens event. It's really just for collectors.
 
There's just so much PONY, its hard for kids to hold themselves back.
