What kind of excercises do you do to keep flexible like that?

Well, I do a lot of sit-ups to keep my abs in shape, and I'm a former gymnast and cheerleader, so I do a lot of front and back walkovers to keep my back flexible (and every once in a while add in a front and back handspring or two). Plus, I add on regular leg-stretching exercises, like sitting in a straddle or pike position and reaching for my toes. I permanently strained my left adductor muscle while demonstrating an oversplit while coaching gymnastics about 7 years ago, so I'm not able to stretch my leg into a full split without reinjuring it. So I have to stick to just a regular scorpion (with my knees bent like in the photo).
