Even though I don't really like the idea of combining mlp with horror/goth stuff, I think I'll be getting one anyway just because it's an "exclusive".

Over the past few days I've been looking at this collector pony wondering if it's good or not. I will say that the artistic effort that went into it is wonderful, now my A-bomb;

I hate it. From the pose to the graphics on the legs, blah. I'm beginning to wonder if the makers are wondering now many "tattoos" they can fit onto the body of a pony. In the end it looks overdone & cluttered. IMO, the flame job(on her legs), almost all the daisies(speaking of the purple ones), and the dots under the eyes were unnessisary.

The fur lined hood is a total hit with me.
 
Hmmm. The design change wasn't really necessary, was it? I mean, it's not really intended for a child's toy, it's for collectors. I'll get one anyway, it's still cool. But I think the origional design just came together alot better.
 
I might have overlooked it, but does anyone know how long the preorder is for? I was hoping to preorder when I came back from vaca even though they said they won't charge til they ship
 
All I can say is: Wicked!! Super-cool... love it!
 
Don't forget Big Bad Toy Store has this available for pre-order as well as EE. Their shipping cost is way way lower than EE, they ship internationally and they also will not charge your credit card until the item is there and ready to be shipped to you. I saved like 10 bucks by buying the Underwater and Pop ponies through them almost all because of the cheaper shipping cost.

BigBadToyStore ship overseas for much much less than Entertainment Earth, and horrible old Hasbro just plain old won't. And you can Paypal, or charge your credit card and if it is a pre-order they don't charge you until it ships. And the condition is guaranteed, and you can upgrade most items from standard grade to collector grade for just $2 each.
