My car's transmission went out. It needs a new one. The cost? $4k. So I dunno if I'd be able to buy the bait pony and hair and paint and other supplies.

I really really wanna do this one though! *cry*

It might be a good idea to sit this one out and save the money for the car. There's always more swaps, and you don't want to run into a situation where you have no money/time for either the car OR the swap. Buying paint and bait and hair, plus shipping to your partner, can get really expensive!

Yeah -.- Especially since it's retail value has dropped to only $5k.

Yeah I'm really bummed. This is one of my favorite concepts for a swap, and I really wanna do it, but I dunno that it's gonna be feasible

My mom is helping with my car - I have to pay her back as she's letting my fiance and I use her emergency credit card, that she has just for instances like this. But we need to be able pay her back quickly - we think my sister's car's transmission is going out too!

It's especially hard since my job is stay-at-home mommy. No income from me. So all of my fiance's paychecks the next few months are basically going to my mom. Ugh, and we just spent $2k on plane tickets to go to my family reunion - which my mom also paid for to let us pay her back so we'd be able to go. I hadn't even thought about that til just now o.o This makes it to where we have lost $6k in like... a week! *dies*

Aw that's a shame BB! Getting cars fixed just kills the bank account. If you have a few supplies already on hand maybe you can still do this?

I really have hardly anything, as I'm just starting out in customizing I's a very sad pony.
