Custom G3 Sunspot! Edit 1-21 - she's done! :D

Woo hoo! She's done. :p I've had her done for about a week now, but I just got around to taking pictures last night. :p (Still need to trim her mane up - forgot to do that!) Here she is!

First off, her mane may look incomplete... because it is. :p I ran out of hair, but have ordered some more, so as soon as it comes in, I can finish her. ;) And I haven't trimmed it even yet, either. But I wanted to show her off anyway, since it doesn't take away too much. :p

She's made from a Tangerine Twinkle. I took off and repainted her symbol and hoof heart (which needs another coat, heh), but left her eyes as is, being as they were already blue. ^-^ She's been rehaired w/ Dollyhair's Pussycat, and the tinsel is from CustomPony. At least, I think the silver is - I got it quite a while back and can't really remember, heh.

Thanks, Sam! :D I worked on her in between working on your's. :p She just needs another coat on her eye color, and she will be DONE. Oh, and sealing. So she'll be ready to send to ya verrrry soon. ^-^
 
Oh wow! She is so cool! I love it when G1's are customised on G3 ponies. I can't believe how real Sunspot looks. Fantastic job! :)

we need more customs using tangerine twinkle. *nods* every time i go to the store looking for new ponies, there are PILES of tangerine twinkle laying around. she's not very popular. ;__;

wow she looks great, buti have one question how did you get the g3 one to get such a nice dark orange color? my tangerine twinkle is light in color, like a light peach. i love the darker orange color though.
 
I've been waiting to see one of these! I think she looks wonderful, her symbol is so nice and crisp. Great job!

ThirteenS - I didn't, heh. She's lighter than Sunspot irl, I guess the pics just made her look darker than she is. :p She's close, but no cigar.
