Colors of the Rainbow --- *ALL DONE*

I'm all excited, too! I've got quite a few lovely ponies in my "for sale" box. I hope I'll be able to make someone really happy with one of them - or more than one.

Yay, Im happy that i'm in. This will be fun!! :)

Flaws: Im okay with - Dirty ponies because I can wash them. Tiny haircuts are okay, because sometimes you can't even notice. and Small marks like pen or dots or fine. As long as it displays well its okay with me.
Not okay with - Huge haircuts. Chew marks. Tail rust. Mold. Lots of Frizz.

I'm way behind in this thread... I got my partner. Going to be a challenge, but I always seem to do alright.

Also, to answer the question about fakies... I don't collect them particularly. I will use Hasbro-mold fakies for customs, though - DG newborns, sparkle G3s.
 
OO forgot about the fakie question. I like the hasbro mold ones and love DG newborn fakies, I would customize them though, not really collect them. :nod:

Sadly, I don't have any of the ponies from my partner's wishlist in my trade/sales box. But that's ok, I should be able to find plenty of things at the MLP Fair! I have some questions that I'd like to ask:

1. Who is your favorite pony of all time (regardless if it matches your colors)

2. Would you prefer one really nice pony from your list, or several ponies in less than mint condition?

3. Jewelry, Yes or No?

4. Is there anything else you collect besides MLP?

5. What kind of pets do you have, if any?

Here are my answers for my partner:

1. Favorite pony ever is Parasol, I collect lots of things with her on them.

2. I am a really picky collector, so I would want my ponies to be as mint as possible. If that means I only get one that is mint and meets the price range, than I'm ok with that.

3. I'm not really big on jewelry as I am allergic to most metals other than gold. I do like stuff for my ponies to wear though. ;-)

4. I also collect Breyers and love stablemates. I guess you could say I collect horse plushies too. Really anything horse related, lol.

5. I have two horses of my own, a western pleasure Quarter Horse mare named Scooter and a draft cross gelding that I ride English named Mac Attack. I also have a black standard poodle named Stella.

Who is your favorite pony of all time (regardless if it matches your colors) that is a very tough one because theres too many childhood pony: Surprise all time favorite: I think that would be princess taffeta or stargleamer. 2. Would you prefer one really nice pony from your list, or several ponies in less than mint condition? id rather have a few less than mint since I know how very hard it is to get a mint pony. 3. Jewelry, Yes or No? yes, I always love jewerly especially sapphire color. 4. I have two tux cats cocoa and cuddles mostly reffered to "male" and "female" I should say they are good around babies since they dont seem to mind our little girl. :)

Good questions!!

favorite pony? biased a bit since I only discovered ponies during the redo of the G3's so rainbowberry and dream drifter are probably my top picks... of course with boys to now choose from :) I have to say ice crystal is my fav G1

I'd prefer a single really good condition pony to several = even though I love everyone on the list

Jewelry ? Yes = love all things sparkly/handwrought although with kids running around everywhere haven't had as much opportunity to wear jewelry...no allergies or anything to be worried about fortunately

I collect geodes and fossils - especially love the stories that go with found objects and still hunting for that elusive dino bone buried out in PG's park = Dinosaur Park

We have pets aplenty at the house= 4 cats, a ball python, and tank of fish. backyard includes toads and ocassional box turtle but don't know if I'd call them pets "officially"

It doesn't really matter either way. A super-mint pony is nice. So are several good condition ponies.

Yes, so long as it isn't yellow gold. I don't wear yellow gold.

4. Is there anything else you collect besides MLP?
Random '80s-'90s toys. I don't have wish lists for them, though. Care Bears, Popples, Yum Yums, LPS... I also enjoy Domo-Kun and hoops&yoyo.

5. What kind of pets do you have, if any?
I have a White German Shepherd and three cats.

I like stars, music notes, and rainbows/rainbow-colored things, so anything with one of those is good. Anything else, I'd have to look at it. I probably lean more toward "modern" or "retro" patterns.
My favorite flowers are Gerbera daisies, pansies, and hibiscus, and my favorite colors are purple, green, blue, and silver... if that helps.

7. How do you feel about:
- body wash/body lotion ~ No, simply because my dresser is totally lined with lotions and body sprays, and my bathroom cupboard is filled with the corresponding shower gels.
- make up & nail polish ~ No to makeup. My skin is sensitive, so I have to be careful about what I buy. Nail polish is OK, though. I like glittery and shimmery polishes. I listed my favorite colors in the previous question.
- candles ~ I love candles! My favorite scents are listed in my original wish list post.

8. Is there anything else you like to eat/drink apart from candy and chocolate?
I haven't really been eating a lot of "junk" since I've been trying to lose weight. Goldfish crackers, maybe. Cheez-Its, Wheat Thins, Ritz crackers. Hmm... raisins, almonds, honey-roasted peanuts. Trail mix and granola are good too.

No, I don't. I'm a Cancer and have some things lying around, but I don't believe in the zodiac and horoscopes for one second.

XL, XXL if sizes run small. I was... blessed, so I need room in the chest. I love MLP tees, and it would be cool to receive one. :)

Well I got a fab partner and im torn between two from her list however im not so sure they match her criteria well one does ones questionable hmmmmm decidision decisions.

As to the questions floating about id prefer to have one from my list rather than a favourite pony and i dont collect fakies. Condition of pony., hmmmm Im pretty relaxed I like to think i let anyone join my herd never mind there condition. I do like them to be as nice as possible but if its a harder to find one then i dont mind.

I hope i make the right choice cos im going to start getting my extras....

Those are some good questions, Rowdy Cowgirl! I'm sure they'll help us find out more about our partners. Here are my answers:

1. Who is your favorite pony of all time (regardless if it matches your colors)? My favourite childhood ponies are Chief and Banana Surprise. At the moment, I'm very fond of Medley. But I haven't really got an all-time favourite.

2. Would you prefer one really nice pony from your list, or several ponies in less than mint condition? I don't actually like ponies which are too mint. I'm always worried that I'll mess them up. I have many ponies in my collection which other people would consider totally bait-y, and I love them and would never exchange them for others in better condition. So I would definitely prefer several ponies in less than mint condition.

3. Jewelry, Yes or No? I like necklaces, but they have to be long. Short ones give me the feeling of being choked. I don't often wear bracelets (though if someone were to give me a really pretty one, I'd give it a go), and I don't like rings much (except my beautiful engagement ring, which I love, but that's different).

4. Is there anything else you collect besides MLP? I collect children's picture books and anything that's got to do with Christmas. I love Christmas!

5. What kind of pets do you have, if any? I have a three year-old male German Dachshund and two guinea pigs, a boy and a girl.

The pony I would love the most that's outside my color range is Gusty (or SS Gusty). I think she is absolutely gorgeous! I really love the Twinkle Eyed ponies too...right now I have TE Quackers, TE Tic Tac Toe, and TE Galaxy. I also really like Tex (absolute favorite big brother)!

2. Would you prefer one really nice pony from your list, or several ponies in less than mint condition?

I would prefer several ponies in less than mint condition. I'm not a picky collector...the main thing I like is nice hair.

3. Jewelry, Yes or No?

I don't really wear jewelry, but I do like the metal antique style rings/necklaces/bracelets

4. Is there anything else you collect besides MLP?

Hmmm...not at the moment, but I'm starting to get into amigurumi animals. They're so cute! I also like decorative boxes/containers.

I have two pups - Cosmo (Tibetan Spaniel mix) and Mochi (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix). They love plushie toys!

I would consider more than one. I am not a mint kind of person. I like them to be less, because it shows the love they've gotten or the age they are.

I like anything handmade!! bracelets or necklaces... Hmmm... I need a new necklace. I have this one that I always wear. I do have my ears peirced as well.

I collect pokemon cards, and SailorMoon.

I just got a Pomeranian, he is 2 years old and his name is Wolf. I also have 2 cats.
