Yay! Complete boys, giant ponies, MIB G1 & more! *pix*

Hi Everyone! I haven’t had a brag in ages so there is LOTS of pix in this post. I tried not to make them too big, hopefully everyone with dial-up (myself included lol) won’t be stuck waiting for ages.

First we have my Holy Grail pony! I have been in love with him for ages and thanks to Strawberry Fair I was able to buy a beautiful one with his bandana. He arrived ages ago. Last Monday his hat and comb arrived off Ebay. The exciting thing is that his hat was only $7 WITH two ponies in great condition!!! The same seller was selling combs/brushes and I spotted his comb! I won it for 99c with 10 others!!! Did I do well? I am certainly very happy. :lol: He is pictured with Barnacle who I got recently in a trade. I am very excited to have two complete boys! Barnacle’s hair is a bit naff, but that’s ok if you spend a lot of time at sea ;)

Here are the two ponies that came with Tex’s hat. Plus Salty who came with Barnacle. He hasn’t been cleaned up yet so please don’t laugh at his hair :p

These are the combs I got, I have ID’d the pony ones but if anyone knows the others I would love to hear please.

Next we have Giant Twinkle Twirl. Dad gave me $50 for getting all my assignments over and done with for the year so I was able to pay off the lay-by! Princess Rainbow Dash, the biggest narcissist in the pony room (note personalized hand bag lol), is annoyed that her new lady in waiting has wings. She can’t even look at her lol. I think she is fab though. Should I remove her ear tag? *unsure*

I got this aaaaaaaaaaages ago but everyone loves a good MIB piccy right? I love that she comes with a mummy charm. The 2 mummy charms on top of the box are the ones I found for 80c a few weeks back.

This I found last weekend at the local monthly swapmeet. The seller wanted $3 but I got him for $2! He looked a bit feral but now he is stunning! *so proud* Now all I need is his family. How hard is this guy to find? I have never seen him on Aussie ebay.

Here is Variant Beachcomber and Cloud Climber. When I got them they had the light pink one, the dark pink one and one that had a light mane and dark tail lol. I got the dark one because they seem to be worth more or something. I love them, but how frustrating is the tinsel!! :x

Next we have pony cookies and the Twinkle Twirl candy topper. I LOVE it! Only $3.99 too!

The final thing is an op shop find. It was $2 which I figure is reasonable. No pieces are missing!

BTW, where did you get the Twinkle Twirl candy topper?
 
Thanks :) I got it at Kmart. You can get Sunny Daze and Sky Wishes too. They are made by an Australian company and I believe you can only get them here. I am waiting for them to go on special before I get the others lol :p
 
Wow, you got some great ponies. They seems to be very minty.

For the combs: the whit bird-comb is from Fairy Tail Birds and the pink brush on the right side could be for Enchanted Kingdom Horses (I have a brush that looks like the same and it has Enchanted Kingdom written on it, so I think they came with the Enchanted Kingdom Horses).

Thanks everyone :) Thanks Snowflake for the info! Rainbow Dash came from Target, my poor dad had to go buy her for me when they were 50% off. Can you image a 6'6" man carrying a giant pony through the shopping centre? Ahahahahaha :p
 
*sigh* ohdarn... we don't have target in the uk :p I don't suppose they make jiffy bags big enough for her either!

I still say that those are some lovely ponies :D especially tex, mine is looking jealous of him ;)

WOW~~!! What an awesome bunch of ponies! Oooh, oh so lovely! I love them all, awesome! I must comment on those big plushies, how darling to finally see a pic of them!

I have the puzzle. I put it all together and used puzzle glue to keep it all in one piece. I'm going to frame it in a better frame sometime. For now it's only in a loose matting frame type thing with plastic over it all.

Thanks everyone :D I am very fortunate to live where the plushies are sold, I'm glad you all like them :) I can't resist giving them pats everytime I go down there, they take up most of the room though LOL :lol: I was really stoked with my Tex bargains too, thank you :oops:
 
are you SURE there isn't another of those Rainbow Dash's lurking somewhere? ;)
 
Unfortunately not :( It's a real shame too because I would much rather have the original Minty over this newer one :?
 
well I think I'll follow the babyseashimmer code and make on of my own then ;)
