yard sale planning and my dad

So I'm spending the weekend at my dad's house, and we're planning to yard sale tomorrow (him, his wife and myself)
I took it upon myself to start marking google maps on my phone with all the advertised sales. My dad was shocked at the technology of this. All those stars so easily done, instead of pulling out the old worn and marked up map of town and adding new dots to it in roughly the right areas.
His wife told me to mark ones out of town too and maybe I'd be able to convince him to go to those as well, since I'm not here that often and it's a special occasion. we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

Is anyone else planning to go out hunting for great junk tomorrow?

I don't ever really go to yard sales. I have a friend that does that or at least she use to hit every sale she could. I went with her once and out of an entire day of walking/driving/picking through stuff, I found one item. LOL so, its not for me.

I used to go with my grandma when I was little. I don't go very much now. I have been to a few flea markets, which is similar. They can get crowded, and I seldom find anything when I go. A couple years ago I did find some good condition used hardback Star Wars novels. I usually look for hats. I have far too many to count now. LOL I try to avoid large crowds, so I hardly ever go.
