That would be stellar! Right-on, cool idea..

I don't really think I'd pay for something that I could find on my own for free, sorry :-\
Gotta save, you know. It sounds like it would look really neat though

Yeah I think it's a good idea in theory but I don't think a lot of people would want to pay for that

I voted no, sorry. While it's a good idea, I don't think there's a need for it.

I'm with thebeth on this one; the MLPTP and other forums are basically all about what this potential magazine would be about. Why pay to get all that when you get all you need or want to know right here XD

Interesting. There is a magazine at Chapters book store called 'Sparkle World'. It is all about little girls toys including MLP. I thought you were talking about that. It comes with stickers. Good points of view ladies..

I'd never pay money for something I'd have to print off myself. Especially when I can find all that info right on this site for free. Sorry!

I have the first few issues of Sparkle World, it's super cute! Now that you mention it, I should go see if they still sell it at the grocery store lol

I did vote yes, because I think it's a pretty cool idea. But it might be better if it was cheaper, like $1.00 instead. Like everyone said, it's stuff we can all look up ourselves. Having it all in one place though, that makes things easier and you save some time finding out information. I usually end up catching things weeks after they happened because I miss certain threads, lol. It is a good idea though! :)

But what if I make the first five numbers for free and then you'll pay one dollar for them monthly? I will have many contests for them if you want.

Great Idea!

I spend soooo much time organizing, looking for stuff and printing...

I think this would be a real time saver. Sign me up!!!

I find the books that are currently out there are somewhat out of date, referring in particular to the international ponys.

Thanks for the tip about the Sparkle Magazine!

I voted no.

Both the Trading Post and the Arena offer of wealth of information, and I don't have to pay to use either, so why would I want to pay for a .pdf of old news?

Nope. My ink cartridges cost about $30 each. I'm not interested in using them to print one magazine that I'd have to pay $3 for (on top of the cost of the ink) when I can freely use the search functions or ask what I want to know here or at the Arena.

I think it's an interesting idea, and it could be neat.

However, one thing you need to consider is that if you are expecting to make a profit from it, you need to have legal authorization of everyone mentioned in there, every image, comment, etc that is not your own.

Another thing to consider is that you are not old enough to have a Paypal account, so you would need your parents' help with that, and it might complicate things.

I'm wondering what Romanian law says about teenagers doing transactions with money involved, period. I know US law says that you can't do it. I think you have to be at LEAST 18 here. *shrug*

I'm sure my mom will be willing to help because she will soon make a PayPal account.

Well, Peppermint Truly brings up a good point. That's a lot of information you could be using from other collectors who might be none too pleased if you make a profit off it. If it's mostly your own info though, it would be better- but it's sometimes hard to make sure.

You're *sure* your mom wants to help you? How about you go ask her first before speaking on her behalf?

Why would long time collectors want to pay you, a complete stranger to the community, for a PDF to print out (so we're paying you, plus paying for our ink too), information that you have collected from the rest of us?

Unless you have some earth-shattering information that NONE of us know about yet, then no, it's not worth it to any of us, and I would hope that none of us are foolish enough to give you any money for such a worthless endeavor.

We are a very close knit community, and we look out for one another. Coming in as a new person, and an underage one at that, and attempting to make a quick buck does not endear you to us, especially to the older members. Sit back and enjoy the community for what it is, instead of trying to push your way into our lives and our wallets.

I don't know what you're talking about! I changed my mind and I wanted to offer it for free, but now it's over, so this thread is closed *even if I cant I'll changed the title*
