Baby Racer would be amazing to find!
 
The Pearlized 3' Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, a Rarity (if they made one), and Starlight Glimmer.

Also though I do not like the new models of the g4 pony the new rarity runway playset with the changing clothing is not too bad so I would not mind that one item.

Other biggy would be EQG Roller durby Rarity and Midnight sparkle.

These my seem easy to find but I tell you people of the board I live in the middle of no where down the road from Courage the Cowardly Dogs House and we never get any of this stuff at our walmart till months and months later.
 
I found my gf grail baby not to long ago,it was Baby dangles but she already has her now we have twins!+
 
I'm waiting to find a Mimic in the wild. I'm not dying to have her but she is a set completer and I don't want to pay that much for her! Haha.

For non rare ponies I'm waiting to find a Baby Blossom and a Twilight. Both common ponies and set completers for me but I'm sure I'll find them one of these days so no sense paying ebay prices and shipping.

For actual Grails..hmmm.... probably the mail order birthday babies.
 
Starglow or SS Gusty for htf or expensive ponies

for commons i would love to find Moondancer or G3 Seaspray
 
Everypony whos prices goes over 50$ is a grail in the wild ;) Definetly would like to find some Nirvanas :p but that is the dream not come true
