Mine was my loose Mail order Sweet Scoops. I got into a nasty bidding war and ending up paying $185 *cring*

And my most expensive MOC was $350 for MIB Princess Sparkle and MIP Licensing Show Rarity(boy am I kicking myself for not waiting on that one :x

I also have quite a few MOC's that got into the triple digets as well

What about your most expensive ponies?

My most expensive MOC was Daddy Sunbright for $230. I haven't really got a most expensive loose pony, because I've never paid a whole lot for one pony in one go.

the usual

i paid high dollar for the usual suspects. $100 for bay breeze, $200 for ls rarity, $200 for taf project pony, $300 for rosey posey, and recently $350 for lspp. they are all mint in package and will remain so.
before these beauties, my husband used to consider anchors away, winter snow, and g3 snowflake high dollars. sadly he now thinks they are "common". he only bows to the real high dollar shelf now. lol

The most I've ever paid is $70 for Mimic. Glad you got your grail, Pink!

Wow. The most I've spent is $80 for my Baby Sugarberry. Unless you count my husband paying $800 for my Rapunzel :D

The most money I've spent on a loose pony is um... $36 for Morning Glory with original curl, wings, and all her accessories and backcard from Eleda.

I've only got one MOC (G1) and it's French packaging Hula Hula. I only paid about $26 including shipping for her, but she's almost falling off the card, so I can't hang her up. I did use a bit of Elmer's glue to fix that, but I doubt I shall hang her up. Perhaps propping will be OK once I get a great place to put her.

Circa 1998, when I was insane, I paid $134 for MOC So-Soft North Star.

And then I opened her.

$120 for MOC greek Starshine
$85 for MOC argentina Green Lofty - who has been set free *ducks from incomming fakies*

I think in terms of actual value the most expensive one i own is MIP bay breeze but I won her for free in a MLP fair raffle.

The most I paid for a single loose pony is probably about $50ish and it was for argi starflower? white shy pose pony, green star symbol, red, green hair...maybe she is supposed to be bluebell?

most expensive G3 - black project pony was $25

I don't collect MOC, and I'm a total bargain hunter. I make it a point not to pay more than $10 on any individual G1 pony, including shipping. The only time I broke the rule was a BIN for Bright Eyes...at all of $12. And I had an ebay gift certificate, so she actually only cost me $2.

Yeah...I'm cheap, and I only buy baits or fixer uppers. I'd rather turn a nasty $2 pony into a beautiful pony than pay a lot of money for a pristine one. There's no fun to just open up a package and put a pony on a shelf. As nice as it is, the times I've done that, I get very meh over the pony since I put no work into her. 'Sides...if I want my super-expensive grail, I know I'm good enough at customizing I could make a copy for myself and save a couple hundred bucks. *ducks fakies*

I think mine was about $175 for the TAF project pony - but worth every penny!

I'm cheap, the most I've paid was $25 for a completely mint with accessories G1 TAF Yum Yum.

I'm not really a MOC collector, but I did get a MOC G2 Spring for $18 at a flea market. I have no idea if that was a fair value, but I really liked her. She's still MOC. :D

I think the most I ever spent on a loose pony was $20 for Pink Dreams. Though I'm at the point in my collection where I need to cringe and spill the money for the HTF ponies I want.

Well, even when I sort of collected MOC's, the most I ever paid was $40 for a newborn pony. As for my loose collection....I've paid about $50 each for my Big Brother Chief with all accessories, Baby Candy, and Baby Lollipop. I've never bought a pony higher than that.

Now ask my about my new trading card obsession... *cringes at recent $300 purchase...for a set of 2 cards*

Actually you guys are doing great. ummm on a pony I spent 600 on Rapunzel *sold her for less to dang it*
but my second highest was greek baby medley for 150 and I sold her for 1,200 bucks...so I did well there.
But I recently started collecting windstones. and man I have spent thousands on them and I only have like 40. The last one I bought was 1600 bucks...so ponies seem really cheap now.

My most expensive pony... was well Oakley the Moose xD He is mint though! And for $26 I think I did pretty good :D

You're right about that for sure. The ponies I transform are special to me. The ones that are already good just aren't any fun.

$150 for a minty (with ribbon and brush)yellow Greek Meledy! I love her too! So beautiful!

It would be either my italian white lemon Drop or my spanish Aqua Limone, which I spend like 300$ each on. Both loose
