Who rehairs? Need help

I have a dear pony and a totsy that need to be rehaired in the future. Who around here can do that.

Totsy hair is like pony hair. My autumn crip pony hair fell out and I have a baitthat needs hair

I don't care if she has tinsel I just want to send her and my purple totesy to be rehair. I just can't do it myself. I like to trade for it the totsey need light purple hair.
