Who is this cute little G3? I won her in a lot of ponies on eBay. I don't collect G3s, so a price check would be great too. She's in mint condition.

That's Baby Alive / Baby Petal Dove. She's probably worth somewhat less than her retail price, since she's missing her bottle and carrier.

She's Baby Alive AND Baby Petal Dove??? (Sorry I don't collect G3's either) Do they have different names depending on what country she was sold in?

She was sold under both names in the US (and other English-speaking countries, I guess.) Like you could find packaging that called her Baby Alive, but right next to her on the shelf might be a package that listed her as Petal Dove.
