I know, this has probably been asked a thousand times  -I have a Moondancer with beautiful symbols & hair, but she's yellowed. Is there a way to brighten/whiten her without harming the glitter?

re

i just read recently that if you leave a pony like that under the sun (for a day to a week) she'll get whiter, but i'm not sure if that'll works in you case.

doesn't leaving a pony in the sun like that make them MORE yellow, unless they've got remove-zit on them?

No, remove-zit MAKES them yellow...sometimes. It worked fine on my birthflowers. And you shouldnt leave them in the sun for a week, they will be ruined. Just leave them in bright sun for a few hours. And it would be a good idea to tape a piece of white paper over their symbol, mane and tail. That way the sun doesnt fade them. Windowsils work BEST but sunny windowsils arent always avaliable. Dont let them get too hot either outside, they might start to cave in if its TOO hot!

I have a yellowish Glory that I'm going to use as a sacrifice (shh, don't tell her), I'll let you know how it turns out.

Wow, this is an oldie! I'm not positive, but I think we had a really rainy summer that year and I never could get enough consistent sunshine to try it. I've moved since then, I wonder if I still have that pony?:katmeow:
