G1 What's This? Has anyone seen this?

Hi everyone!

It's been a few months but I'm back and finally organizing all the MLP stuff to sell! I came across a figurine and I'm not sure if anyone has seen it before. I thought it was a bubble bath condition but that head doesn't seem to come off.

It's a 1987 Hasbro figurine of Merriweather, hard plastic on the body and a softer plastic for the head. I can't find it listed in my MLP book and I can't find it on Ebay so I'm hoping you folks can help! Let me know if you have any details about her.
