What's the most expensive MLP of them all

It's alright Beth. Antique threads can be fun!

Personally I'm curious as to what a MOC reverse Gusty would go for. Even years ago she was going for over a $1000 loose, and this is back when MOC Mimic was going for a lot less. I believe there's only 2 or 3 reverse Gustys that we know about.

yeah for the most part they get confusing, but this one is nice to re-evaluate.

I saw a boy pony go for 1400 on ebay about three months ago. he was foreign and i dont know remember he was.

i'm guessin this was Mr. Pink :p the colombian boy

Yeah, the South African ponies, the Greeks, and Rapunzel are the most expensive ponies I've seen. I did see a blue colombian applejack create a stir, but I'm still not sure if they ever decided that she was real.

I am currently spending the most I ever had on a pony, but as a Butterscotch fan...Greek Butterscotch is my grail. It's worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. <3

Most of these prices make me splutter and squeak, if I had the money I hate to say it but I probably wouldn't spend it on ponies. I've only just started to spend more than £20 for a pony (but he was near mint and with accessories!).
I was also a bit confused when someone said the Pregnant Pony was worth a lot complete (I had her as a child and was never fond, I liked her babies but she was a bit, well...big!).
Got to say it's an interesting thread though even if it does make me want those ponies just to say that I had the money. :p

Yeah, i bet lady bird is the most expensive, i really have never seen her. ever. you barely even see her on reference sites.

well i know that te MO mommy and baby set got for quite a lot, though nothing nar the price range you guys are saying. i think over $10 is rediculous for a single pony. the most i've spent on one was $15 but that was for a Tex from Germany, so half of it was S&H. i'm more of a bargin hunter; i win my rare and expensive ponys in reffles and silent auctions  that's how i ended up with my lovely Tux and Nov. Birthflower after all ^^

though i admit i'm more than willing to spend $50 on a single Mountain Boy or a giant Minty plush. but that's te only things i'm willing to go that high on

if i really want any of the more pricey ponys, i'll just make them myself is my motto. though i would die if i had a chance at a pink bodied-pink haired argie Glory. is ts the ultimate pony for me ^///^

The most expensive ones are the Greeks, South Africans (though several have been bought for like $14 recently with the conversion rate), and the Columbians. They're holding their prices better than US ponies.

After that, Brazil has some expensive ones with sitting green Bowtie and rearing earthling Milky Way (who were totally worth every cent, BTW), and CP Gusty and Parasol can get pricey.

Of the normal US ponies, Rapunzel is still the most expensive, though she's not going for near what she used to right now.

The most I've ever spent on a pony is $500 for Re Unicorno. And that's only 'cause my boyfriend told me too :) But yeah, I tend to be pretty cheap, $20 is as high as I'll usually go for a single pony.

Most of these ponies are WAAAAYY beyond my price range. I don't think I've ever owned that much money at one time!!!

I guess we can all dream!!!

I think the most I ever spent was $45.00 for diva Tinka. It was a lot, but I still have not seen one for sale since.
