What size BJD doll do I need for Mr. X (T-00) from Resident Evil 2

I not only customise ponies but also dolls, I’m working my way through Resident Evil 2 (remake), I’m doing the zombies first & I'm stuck on T-00 (Mr. X) he’s taller than the other characters (well taller than Leon). I don’t know what height BJD doll I need for him.
