where i live there hasnt been nothign new at all

I am going to toronto on like the 11-14 to got sick childrens hospital and hopefully i will find some new g3 while im there

so if you know of anything new please post what you have found :D

thank you be a great help and then i will have somthign to look forward too other than my hospial visit

hi

well i live in st-hubert quebec and there is still nothing new here ether

the newest items we have are the my little pony kids scooter and the set of 4 with garden glade in it

i did find a pony scrap book thing though at the maxie and cie food store
 
I'm In toronto To, and there is NOTHING here. Nothing new since the Jewels Hit the shelves. Though I did find a Coconut (?) And Flipy Flop for $9.99 at Oink on Eglington West On Sunday.

I just remember I did see a Flippy It Flop (not sure of real Name) at the ToyMaster on Avenue Rd. I think the smaller stores are getting them in before wal-mart.

But that WTF is up with Canadian Distrubution???? Why hasn't Canada gotten anything new in MONTHS????

oh my goodness i am becoming depressed with the g3's there are no new ones in canada and im tired of heraring all this great news ot them and eeerrr

i am getting slowly turned off of g3 collecting
also to note
my local stores also havent been restalking thier littlest pet shops eather

whats this is Hasbro cheaping out aon canadains or somthing its driving me NUTS every time i go shopping and search for ponies or littest pet shops
there are NONE :(

The most recantly released ponies here are Flippety Flop and Coconut Cream, the Butterfly Island playset, and the Strawberry Swirl Purse set. Plus the first set of 'smelly' ponies has been found in many places (not by me though *sniff*)

Okay, so I phoned them and actually got to talk to a real person right away. It was a woman, and she asked for my postal code and then started asking me what I wanted.

So I explained to her how Canada has been behind on most new MLP products that have already been released everywhere else monthes before. Then she asked me if there were any specifics that I was looking for.

First, I told her that I was mainly looking for Hidden Treasure - the new Pegasus pony that comes with the DVD "Friends Are Never Far Away". However, she said they had no such title on record. She had never heard of Hidden Treasure, nor was it in the computer.

Okay, so my next question. "What about Coconut Grove?", I asked. She looked it up, and told me that Coconut Grove has not been released yet and will be released in August. But I told her that almost everyone in the US have already found her, but she still protested that she had not yet been released.

I asked about Island Delight then. She said that Island Delight had been released ever since June and I should be seeing her in stores. I told her that I was a member of the MLPTP; I also told her I hadn't seen her, nor has anyone else in Canada and how we have been discussing it all in this thread for a while. She seemed to understand what I was talking about, but still said the same old thing about the releases.

So now I'm getting a little confused. Does this lady really have her story straight? :?

So lastly, I decided to ask about Cloud Climber - my grail G3 Pegasus other than Hidden Treasure. Here again, she told me that Cloud Climber had been released in Canada since June and should be in stores.

Then I told her that Cloud Climber just barely made it off of WIA and that I had been told she would be released much later this year. She still protested and said that she was already released.

Now very confused, I told her that Coconut Grove was the first Pegasus to be released and that almost everyone in the US has found her already. But once again, she said that Coconut Grove will be released in August.

So I said thanks and hung up, still scratching my head. Is there something fishy going on here, or is that just me? Is Canada supposed to have a whole different release schedule than the US? Is our releases getting really backed up, or what? :?

Hasbro doesn't know their knee from their ear. It's the stores that you have to talk to. When I was talking to to Hasbro last year this time they told me that Cupcake and friends were in wide release and I should be able to find them anywhere. Right.

If Coconut grove isn't released until august, how come I found one at Oink? See, Hasbro doesn't know!! Arggh to them.

Butterfly Island Adventure with Honolu-Loo is in Canada!!!!! I found it at the St. Catharines Ontario Toys R Us!!! She is so cute, but 50 bucks, so I am gonna have to wait to get it.
 
And I've just Found out why we have NO new ponies!!! It has NOTHING to do with Hasbro, and any information that hasbro has would be accurate as far as they know.

Dockworkers in Vancouver are on Strike. Ponies come from China, most likely on boats. No dockworkers to Unload boats, means no MLP's are coming off those boats.
Isn't That interesting?

So as Far as Hasbro Knows the ponies are in Canada, but they don't know that they can't be stocked b/c they are stuck on a boat. And I'm thinking that the random few that I have found new here are brought up from American Shipments since they aren't in French/Spanish/English Packaging.

I hope and pray that they get unloaded when i go on my trip

pony shopping has been geting so depressing latly :(

also LPS shopping too, nothing new eather

they must be on the same boat as the ponies since they re both from hasbro
 
Dude this sucks, yeah we got nothing >.< Maybe the shipment is stuck at the boarders XD
 
Gee, I feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one in Canada seeing the same old stale ponies since February/March. I haven't even seen Ribbon Wishes/Flippity Flop or those. I keep going to my stores and getting utterly depressed about what I see.

My Wal-mart is almost completely out of ponies all together. I saw only 6 or so ponies last night. :cry:

Good news! TRU (at least in Kitchener in Ontario) has most of their pony stuff on clearance. Doesn't that mean new stuff to replace it usually?
