What is it that makes you sit down and start working on your artwork? Be it a custom, a drawing, or a little clay sculpture.

The thing was moves you into action- pencil or clay in hand...ready to get down to business...

For me, it's probably gotta be music. I find the most inspiration in the beautiful sounds of a piano, violin, clarinet, or voice.

A silly, but perhaps, interesting question.

I am a stay at home mom, so i am home constantly. I get bored, and work on customs all the time. But what really makes me strive to make a custom is when i lay down at night to go to sleep, my brain comes up w/ new ponies....like dreaming about ponies....LOL...so i always have to get up and make a pony. I get more work done when everyone is sleeping!

Absolutely music...mostly Broadway. Sometimes colors can inspire me as well: when I take inventory of my nylon hair (about once a month, for my Rehairing Service) I often play around with colors, which gets me thinking about customs and themes. ;)

Great topic!
