What are These?

While I was out and about today at the thrift stores, I came across these tiny little gals for 50 cents~

They are like an inch tall? And come with a big play poster (Almost like those old school play carpets with the roads and such to drive your hot wheels on, but, this one is paper...and ponies XD). I tried to find them on the internet, but I have yet to come across them. Does anyone know what they are?
 
They came from the G3 "Busy Book". A board book which talks about the personality of each character or a small story. There is also a G4 version and other versions of different brands like Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake and such.

They have care bears?! Really?!
 
After you mentioned it I remember seeing those G3 ponies in some catalog a few years ago. I think the catalog also sold a Scooby-Doo version.
