Hello; the rescue that I work with (Wayward Creatures Relief Agency) has just acquired a dog that needs fairly expensive surgical treatment. Rascal is a Pomeranian puppy, not quite 4 months old yet. He was released to rescue because his owner decided he would rather get a new puppy than fix the broken one.
Rascal has a fracture of both tibia and fibula just below his knee. Because of the location and the very small size of his bones, surgery is beyond the scope of what I can do at my clinic, so I'll be taking him to an orthopedic surgeon. In order to help defray the costs of this, I'm going to copycat Princess Pinkstar's bushfire fundraiser, though on a rather smaller scale. Donations can be sent through paypal to docjesadams@gmail.com, or by check (pm me for the address). For each dollar donated (for the sake of Paypal's happiness, please don't mark donations as raffle entries), you'll be entered in a raffle for the following:
1: Puzzle book - 5 puzzles of G3 ponies. I don't know which ponies, as there is no list on the package, and I haven't opened it. Brand new, still wrapped.
2: Firefly - very good condition, untrimmed, soft hair, good symbols.
3: Basic custom made by me; I have G1 or G3 bases (if you have a specific pose you want, or prefer a G2, I may need some time to get a base). I'm a beginning customizer, so this will be fairly basic. Examples of previous customs I've done are here: Custom pictures by WarmSnuggles - Photobucket
4: Pikabubba's donated pick of the litter--any 1 G3 from her trade list, located here:

5: GypsyDancer has donated a custom piece of my artwork. It will be on standard size paper or 11 x14 in colored pencil and can contain up to 2 ponies and a simple background. For examples of her work, go here please:

6: DeepPurplePirate has offered up a commission also; graphite on 9x12 sketch paper - bird or horse.
7: NapperCasper is kindly donating the following box of goodies: 3 fair G3 ponies. A G3 Rainbow Dash tin containing marshmallows. Please note contents went out of date in 2004 and I don't think they would do you any good if you started munching on them. Also included is a free G3 plastic necklace which came with the mlp magazine a few months back. She is blue with red hair. Her symbol is cupcakes. She has pink eyes. Marked China. This pony is from Germany and pat pend is missing from the foot bottom. The eyes and symbols are good with no major rubs or scratches. Mane and tail appear uncut, and hair is soft and silky. No tail rust, major marks, or stains. Beautiful Pony.

$1 = 1 entry.
All donations are tax-deductible for the folks in the States, as Wayward Creatures is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. I'm not sure how that works for folks outside of the states, sorry. I'm happy to send a receipt to anyone who wants something more official than the paypal receipt, just let me know.
Winners will be drawn randomly, by number...first drawn gets prize #1, ect. There may be some switching to avoid people winning back a prize they’ve donated.
Drawing will be held Friday, 5/1/09 in the evening PST (when in the evening depends on when I am allowed to go home from work!)
