Wanna help my mom identify this plush?

My mom found this little plush dog at a thrift store and she can’t figure out who he is. It’s apparently a Sesame Street character and she usually would recognize those lol. We tried reverse image searches, and have been looking for like 2 hours cause she really wants to know who he is. So, anybody recognize him?

The front of the tag says Sesame Street and is dated 2017, the back says that it’s made by Gund. He has a little voice box in him but the battery must’ve run out cause it doesn’t make any sound.

Which is pretty similar but no quite right lol

Elmo is her favorite Sesame Street character so she’s happy with it being an Elmo dog. Thanks for the help!
