Vintage My Little Pony Prices and Pictures from the 1980's (Other Toys Too!)

Awww thank you for this! Memories of flipping through the sears wishbook and dreaming of christmas are coming back to me.

Wow, it still amazes me that after almost thirty years and inflation MLP prices for singles are about the same- even with the newer ones being much smaller with less raw material.
 
Ponies shown in '83 & '84! So new and shiny and $4.99! Thanks for sharing I loved seeing all those old toys.

But quick question on the ponies; the stickers were scented?
 
Yes, they are. Um. the smell is like a candy we have here called "rockets" they come in a row in a little cello wrap. It's not uncommon to find them with the scent intact. :)
 
Oh wow. I had that Barbie Motor Home, and I loved it and played with it for years. I think it was a "casualty" of the last time my parents moved house as it was quite large.
