I watched it yesterday and thought it was really cute. Not that it makes me wanna go out & buy the dolls, but it was still an enjoyable time waster & excuse to eat popcorn :satisfied:
 
Cute. A bit too cliche for me, but cute. The whole figuring out how to be a human thing was pretty funny, though.

thanks for the link been looking for this. I would really love to see this in theater, but the nearest theater that shows it is hours away and after looking at reviews of the theater doesn't seem very clean.
At least I can buy it when it comes out on bluray in Aug as well. :winkpony:
 
Heh-heh, I have to laugh at how all this silly build-up and hate for EG was really unnecessary. The movie really felt like an hour long episode. The jokes, the timing, and voice actors made feel all the same.
And I have to say, I was NOT expecting that sort of effect when Shimmer got the tiara, wow. Though, the climax was rather rushed. Then again, so was the climax of the pilot episodes for FiM. Now that I think about it, that climax was very similar in sequence to the whole "taking down Nightmare Moon" scene IMO.

Decent and enjoyable. I'll try to find it when it's released here.

Agreed! It was cute and I'll be picking up the dolls when I find them second hand in another year or so!
 
I watched it on Youtube as well, because it wasn't playing anywhere near me.
I really liked it, too, and I enjoyed seeing Spike as a dog, he was so cute!
