So, Craigslist has been nice to me lately! I found 2 g1 a few weeks ago.. an a big lot of really dirty ponies at a garage sale I found on craigslist 2 weeks ago.. yesterday, I found another lot!
Those were the pictures in the ad. It said "47 ponies for $30" ! Needless to say, I rushed to email her! I was the first one, YAY! I went and got them today!
When I got there, she mentioned she had kept a few.. what I didn't know at the time, and didn't figure out till I got home, is that she took the pic BEFORE she kept the ones she wanted. :-/ Crud.. The upside..the ones she kept, I had anyway... the downside.. one of the ones she kept was Slugger with his bandanna and hat. Double CRUD! I needed that bandanna and hat. I was sad for all of 5 minutes.. but then I figured, oh, what the heck... I just came away with 41 ponies and a fakie for $30.. still a killer deal! I emailed her and mentioned the discrepancy.. but also said it was no big deal.. that the only part I missed was the hat and bandanna. She said if she ever comes across another set, she'll let me know. I won't hold my breath, mind you.. LOL. She was really super nice though, and said that she didn't realized that the pics she posted was pre-separation. These are her childhood collection and she was really happy that they were going to a collector..
So here's the haul! (sorry that was long-winded!)
There's only a couple of ponies that aren't doubles.. but there are a few upgrades too. I was pretty happy to see Flurry! (Nice pink hair too!) Some of the baby accessories were firsts for me too! Some ribbons too! All in all, a pretty exciting day! :lovey:

I have to admit a bit of jealousy over the fact that you can find ponies on craigslist, there's never anything good where I live!
