Hi all! Finished two new girls yesterday.
First is “Black Ice” - the diva pose is one of my absolute favourites and I just love how this girl turned out! She got a black FBR with silver pearl highlights and I repainted her eyes in shades of blue and turquoise. I hand dyed her hair using black and turquoise Rit dye - half was dyed on the ends and half was dyed in the middle of the hank so that her hair alternates between being darker at the roots and darker at the roots. I also added some metallic white to lighten it up. Then I decorated her with turquoise and clear crystals.
Next is “Daisy”, my first G4 in a long time, a Lyra that was in pretty rough shape. I managed to get her cleaned up and rehaired her in Poison Ivy, Envy and Starlight. I redid her eyes using watercolor pencils and acrylic paints and decorated her with tiny white plastic flowers.
Normally I don’t use G4s but I’ve recently organized all my baits and realized that I have a lot of them so I’ve prepared a bunch and you can expect to see more!
