Not quite sure what the story is here, cam dirty, tailless and tortured. Couldnt leave her behind.
Any suggestions on restoration, or too far gone and headed to the bait pile?

A mixture of mayonnaise and cigarette ashes might work. That's what will take burns out of furniture. Or she could always be promoted as a special needs pony, as she definitely is. Write a story about her, post on u-tube and make her a heroine and role model. Everyone should have purpose
