I'll keep this thread short, but I think it's a discussion worth posting a new thread about as I can imagine a few thoughts spawning from the question:


WOULDN'T IT BE HILARIOUS TO BE ABLE TO MOUNT THE EQUESTRIA GIRLS ON THEIR PONY COUNTERPARTS?!


I'm sure they would have fit onto the fashion style ponies if they were posable. Too bad they aren't.

Wow, so they aren't poseable at all? That's kind of weird... You'd think they'd be more fun to play with if you could pose them.
And also, LOL that'd be hilarious! I bet they'd even fit on Breyer Horses, or at least the bigger ones.

I guess not, but I'm pretty sure their heads rotate, so at least it kind of sticks with MLP's tradition of being unposable brushable figures that you can dress up and stuff.

After a bit of thinking, this wouldn't even work with the pegasus ponies, anyway due to their wings being in the way... Speaking of which, I've always wondered how Megan and Spike were able to ride a pegasus.
 
Actually, I have a pose able RD but she would fit on the FS without those huge *yay* wings lol

Holy crap! So they /do/ have posable Equestria girls?! ****, I must be way out of it or something! Also, I just suddenly feel like I need all of them to go with my collection of Fashion Style ponies.
 
It's not that EQGs aren't poseable at all, just that only a few of them are. From the first wave, there's a RD and a Fluttershy with knee articulation and rotating elbows, and from the Rainbow Rocks line the singing versions of Twilight and Pinkie Pie have art. knees. There might be more, I think that I've seen an articulated Rarity, and I think Adagio Dazzle is the same as TS and Pinkie Pie.

I second the Megan-on-pegasus question! And the EQG on a Dream Beauty!

There is a Rarity and I think you covered most of them. There is a Sunset Shimmer first release with art. elbows and I *think* a new doll is coming. I'm not sure, but I think its either a new Rainbow Rocks or a Friendship Games (new line!)

I can't decide which one I hate more. Well, the non posable one actually seems a lot nicer, so probably that one if I had to choose.
 
What about the first few equestria dolls with PEG LEGS.
omg that was horrible. luckily the new ones have feet.

The new ones DO have feet. But they are hollow too :(

At least most of the new ones don't have hiker boots

Wow, I guess I became a EQG Philosopher LOL
