G4 Thoughts on Canterlot Castle playset.....I'm on the fence

I don't know if it's still available in stores, but I'm on the fence about the Canterlot Castle playset. I really like it and kinda want it...but it was like $90 CDN when I saw it at Walmart ages ago....I can't quite justify the price. If it was half the price I'd get it....is it still available? On sale anywhere? Ended up in thrift stores yet? I might have to start yard sale shopping again.....

Thoughts?

I got mine on Amazon by looking in the warehouse section. So I only paid like 45 or 50 doller free shipping on mine. Only thing wrong with it was the boxes was torn. It had all the pieces and it's a awsome castle.

I'd look on Amazon warehouse part you can get some good deals.

I believe it's still in stores (TRU and Walmart in Canada) and I'm sure you can find it on sale if you keep an eye out. It's a beautiful piece but **** it's big!

I'm ordering it for my birthday but I don't think I'll have room! I'm crafting a table JUST for this castle.

I'm a huge Celestia fan and with all the detail (cake room, bedroom, elevator, and her bed) I don't think I could do without! I'm incredibly excited.

I purchased the pink wedding castle (was it supposed to be the Canterlot Castle? I thought so?). It's not really show accurate, as well as having Celestia flags on both sides. The new Canterlot Castle has stained glass for Luna and Celestia, though I'm not entirely sure if it has more details for both of the sisters.

I have it and really enjoy it. I rather winced at the price, but I needed it for my Ponyville set up. They needed another castle. That way they can lord it up over the peasants down in the square.

It's more sturdy than a few of the other G4 sets. The detail is quite nice and the Celestia is just lovely. I really hadda have that Celestia.
