The White Witch * UPDATED*

Oh my gosh! *GEEKING OUT* That is so awesome! She really does look like the White Witch in the movie! That's amazing... great job on that one! I've been hoping for someone to do some Narnia inspired customs. :)

Nightlight, I've been greatly admiring your customs for quite a while now, and this one really just takes the cake :shock: She is GORGEOUS and...just...wow. I'm speechless o_o

oh lord, i hope that's not the same person who pitched a hissy about someone selling a stuffed lion and saying "looks like aslan" in the description. 9___9 you could probably run a private auction here... or maybe put it up on yahoo auctions?

That's just sad...I was watching that auction too. I agree with the fan art idea. Silly people....grrr. Anyway, I hope you can relist her somewhere else. My boyfriend was really impressed by it too after we saw the movie.

Thanks so much for the support guys. I was contacted by the lawyers representing C.S. Lewis and after a lot of hassle they conceded that I could relist my pony under another name. Be careful though, they apparently have the copyrights to anything with silver hair in twists and icicles anywhere on the head.

So she's now the Winter Enchantress. :lol:

That schmucko who was emailing everyone? His name is Andrew Lazo. He spends hours trolling eBay trying to find anything he considers to be an infraction. He is one of those perpetual academics who goes to school on somebody else's money, and (how hypocritical!!!) makes his living writing essays ABOUT CS Lewis and JRR Tolkien. The man is an idiot, and the little research I did on him made me even more disgusted. Too bad that as much research as he does on the man, he couldn't even try to emulate any of CS Lewis' good qualities.

I've seen this custom in person and it's absolutely incredible! The pictures are fabulous, but in person she's even more amazing. Customizing innovation at it's finest! I've even shown it to non-pony collecting friends and my husband and they both think she's really, really cool. I hope she goes really high for you!!

Are there any more pictures? I didn't get to see her yet, and I can't find the e-bay auction (I assume it has ended?)
 
She is amazing! Truly a spectacular custom. I'd love to be able to see her in person. Congratulations to her new owner!

Kiwi Tart - if you search "Winter Enchantress" in the pony section on eBay with "closed auctions" checked, you'll find her.
 
I went to the eBay auction and saw her - she's absolutely breathtaking! o_O
