I think it would work better as a symbol restorer because the original medallions have a smoother surface.
Some are just silver, but yeah there are pink or gold tinted ones. I am thinking of trying some diluted glass paint or something.I found it, thanks! $29.99 for the 30mL refill bottle and $23 to 25 for a 3 pen set.
I have a couple of princesses that need some repairs, plus it looks like it could be great for other projects. You got your medallion very smoothed out, though, so your results look great. The original princesses also had a tint paint over the silver. Do you have any plans to try that if you make more princesses?
And do you know if your casting could handle at least the front part of the crown barrettes?
Cool! I never had a tinted one, so thats good to know.I think if the back part clip on both sides rather than folded over it could work. It would definitely be display only. I might give it a try some day, especially if I find an already broken barrette.
And yeah, when the tinting is coming off it does look like the stain glass type paint you can get with those little plastic stain glass craft kits.
omg, that pony is gorgeous already!
She is way darker green than I meant, but her hair is quite dark too..so I will just lean into it!omg, that pony is gorgeous already!
