Do you guys ever sit and think, man if I could go back and not do that...well I wouldn't? I ponder over this sometimes. Most of the time it is stuff in childhood I would like to redo so I wouldn't have the after affect I had for doing something. Like say for instance:

I would love to delete the fact I tried to hop on a trapeze with a dress on and no shorts underneath when I was in third grade. The line up of boys watching me in my underwear because, I jumped off the trapeze and my dress stayed on the trapeze while naked me went down to the ground. Yep this is something I would like to do over for sure.

Then I probably wouldn't have played the game with the kids in third grade that landed me in the hospital with a broken back at such a young age.

I would have told mom more about what was going on in my life when I was young.

I would not have yelled at my friend during recess in 5th grade.

There are several guys from age 14-25 I would not have gone out with lol..not even once.

I think I would have worked harder in school maybe. I was a bit of a goof. lol I am sure you guys have not guessed that about me.

I would not have gone to the mall with my friend when I was 12 years old so that my mother would not have been on the highway to pick us up that day. She had a head on collision that has damaged her for life. It wasn't my fault, but a do over would change that.

There is a girl in 8th grade I wish I had invited over to my house since she was lonely.

There are numerous little things here and there that I would love to change including the fact that I was old enough to buy 80's ponies MOC during the 80's while they were on store shelves. I would have bought several Mimic's. ROFLOL

Definitely.

I would Deletel my entire school life and go with the Home School Option my mom said she would do if she could do it over again.
A lot of bulling, Being beaten up and Horrible teacher would be out of my life and I would have as many bad memories as I do.

The Reset button would be wonderful if you could do it.
I spend more time with my family that I don't have anymore and my pets.

Oh yes @Ology I would probably delete the High School I attended and go to the private High School instead. I dealt with two assaults in High School due to the kind of kids that attended that school. I should never have been in that school. The problem was after mom's wreck she could not see her way to drive me across town to the private school. Mom never ever wanted me on a school bus. She was highly against busing me to and from school since two girls were murdered at the bus stop of our high school. Sigh, I forgot about all this until just now. It is amazing how one single life event can shape the rest of your life in ways you wouldn't like but, it is inevitable due to the circumstances. blaaaa Here in our city you are not allowed to attend a school you are not zoned for unless it is private or you are so smart you can attend a magnet school and keep your grades at a B or higher. I did qualify for one magnet school, but when I found out just how much homework I was going to have, I got scared and told mom I was afraid it would be too much.

I had to be taken out of public school in 8 th grade due to being bullied. I was at a point where I just wanted to die I could not take it anymore.
So sadly the only other school I could go to was a Christian private school.
Better you might think oh no how wrong you could be.
It was heck on earth for two years. Only good memory is one sub teacher and my history teacher.
Yeah I had to be put back in public school. I was beaten up called names and forced to wear DRESS everyday and religion was force on you till you wanted to scream.
To this day I dislike the idea of gathering in a place for religious reason. Due mostly to how it was push and pushed on you.
The bus was horrible. In public school in high school you sat at the back. I hated it. It was not till the last hails of senior year I got my car and did not have to take the bus. I was scared to death of driving long story with my mom and her teaching me to drive and the fact I hate change. But at least I got some peace for being on the bus.
So yeah I agree one event or a chain can certainly change how your life goes.

I was put in Lutheran School and they didn't do that, but I have been a Christian since I was in preschool. I loved everything about what I was being taught in school. It is funny, my best friend in Lutheran school would not wear dresses either. She didn't like me for the longest time because I loved skirts. She thought I was a weirdo. Then we got stuck next to each other in 6th grade and , she said she never realized how much fun I was. She invited me over and we were friends up until her death 6 years ago.

Oh nothing wrong with religion and being Christian and all. I was raised Pentecostal myself. I just don't like group gathering and having people scream at me.
I know not all churchs are like that but the Christian school made us attend like a 2 hour sermon every Wedsday and it was if your not save your going to the bad place. Nothing new so it hard to come out of that.
Having prob in crowds does not help and I have touch issues. My parents church like people to Hug. I always hide in the bathroom during this time.
When I am touch by a person who I am not comfortable with Imagine a 1000 Spider crawling on you and having tiny legs of ants on you. That is kinda what it feels like when Someone touches me and I am not on terms with which I am comfortable.
And I was told as a kid I was a bad child when I pulled away from people as they Hugged you. My parent know better know with my Asperger's and all.
They also did nothing to the bullies at the school. The boy who almost broke my arm and kicked me in the gut and threw me to the floor was reported by me. What happen we had to both go to the Principal and talk about it. The principal said it was something I did and I should not have hit the boy even though My arm was being pinned down and almost broke. I punch the little snot of a boy and beat him over the head with my Purse till he let go.

I just never liked dresses I was put in pink frilly things from birth to age 13 after that I pretty much told my mom I am only wearing a dress for important things, weddings, and if some one dies.
I will wear dress pants now to these kinda things no dresses. I felt too open and I did not like it. Again I think it has to do with How I like to be in a Cocoon. I have to have a ton of blankets on me at night like wrapped like a burrito so I like my clothing to cover and not cling to me but kinda hug me at least on my legs.
Plush I have embarrassing scars on my knee from all the leg/knee surgery I had as a kid. I don't like looking at them.

But it is nice that your friend and you were so close and I am sorry about that passing of them.

@tulagirl I hope I did not come off as Offensive in anyway about religion and all and did not say anything hurtful. Please let me know if I need to edit my post.
I believe in higher power to and I had some wonderful people outside of that school and the main part of my parents church that I did love. But sadly thing don't stay the same as time goes on. I just did not like that Christian school the other Christian Private school which was too far away has high marks. The people who I knew that went there loved it. It was very open and inviting and there were no dresses. But the other one was the only one my parent could put me in.

No Ology it is perfectly okay for you to feel the way you do about a school.

I think about so many things that I wish hadn't happened. Then I realize that I wouldn't change any of them. If I had taken a different path I wouldn't have my daughter. She's really special enough that it was worth going through hell to find her on the other side.

Sorry, not trying to mom out.

I wish you could redo like certain days. Good ones little bits of time you could go bad and be with someone or go somewhere again.
I would love to go see my friend at school one more time. He was Murdered by his step-dad 18 years ago this month just a few week before we graduated.

Yea I have thought of that too @Tak . I would not want to lose my husband in the mix of fixing this and that. Actually, I think I would have looked for him sooner. I can't help but think it would have helped him a lot if he had known me in high school. We hung out at all the same places. The only problem is I had a boyfriend at the time. I would have to ditch him to hang with my husband early. LOL I would totally go back in time and do that one.

I would love to just push a redo button or reset. However, I know those mistakes make me who I am. If they did not happen I may not have met my husband. Or other things that happened in my life. I once walked out a bathroom stall because it did not have any toilet paper and two girls walked in with me and my pants down. ><: Or I had a book but I had something in my nose so everybody thought I was picking my nose in class. sigh.

Oh yes the embarrassing moments you can't ever shake from your memories. LOL Chances are not one single kid from class remembers it quite as vividly as you do @Skycakes I still am not sure but I think someone has to remember me hanging in my underwear on the playground. No one dare make fun of me when it happened and the boys slowly one by one apologized for lining up and looking. It affected me though. There are 5 things you don't want to have happen at school. Passing gas in a quiet class, vomiting on your desk or teacher, getting trapped where everyone can see your underwear, getting caught picking your nose and blowing a load well you know where cause your sick and the bathroom is out in the hall. I tossed cookies all over my teacher in first grade. It was quite the bad moment. lol but somehow that was not near as bad as the underwear incident. I can still close my eyes and see what I left all over the teacher and my shoes. ROFLOL I know I know no one needed so much detail. tee hee I guess if I could do that day over again I would toss my cookies in the trash can, but the thought never crossed my mind because, I wanted to tell the teacher I was feeling funny and then bam. Too late.

well its hard to stop a kid from throwing up believe me I know. My kid gets car sick too easily. Even I do but I can handle it way better than her. I think its worse for me on bussess. I passed gas quietly but aparently it was so bad they thought it was sulfur and would break over the Carbon monoxide alarm. ><: I can't win.

Oh my gosh I am dying over here!! That is so funny.

I know I would have died too. Things that happen to us at a certain time are never funny. Then we can laugh. Like once as a child I raised rabbits. It was time to clean under their cage. My mother's date decided he would use a shovel and scoop the oop into a garbage bag. Doooooofus. Well, we watched him shaking our heads knowing what would happen and it did. He lifted the bag up and it was too heavy. It split open and rabbit oooo went all over him. It was down his shirt, in his shoes. Basically, he had to disrobe outside, throw all his clothes away and where a pink bathrobe. What a man won't try to do for a pretty lady. baaaa
