mine came with really poofy hair as well! I found leaving her conditioner all night and straightening helped a lot with it if you want to fix it .

Luckily it wasn’t my Dashie who got ruined but my first G4 Pinkie. Thankfully, Pinkies show up in charity shops the most out of all ponies and she was a charity shop pony so they can help each other out. It’s now just a case of trying to hunt one down
