I always love these threads. You get insight on your friends' tastes!

I'm listening to the fabulous Klaus Nomi and his album Encore. For those who have never seen Mr Nomi (1944-1983), here's a youtube link to one of his better known songs.

He was a unique talent during the early stages of the New Wave movement.

And for giggles... my favourite song. Klaus' version of Ding Dong the Witch is Dead. Play it when you're in a bad mood and it will cheer you!

I'm listening to the Broadway cast Rocky Horror Picture Show album and thinking how fabulous it must have been to see it acted out on stage before anyone ever thought of making it into the delicious cult film it is now.

Oh Tim Curry. Your voice is so dreamy.

Yay Tim Curry! I loved him in Legend, but I'm just not a Rocky Horror Picture Show fan. The only time I get to listen to music these days is in the car or we're allowed to listen during work on Fridays. Makes me feel like a bad musician

Sometimes you're just too busy to even get to enjoy music. I swear, being a grown up just sucks sometimes! We should revolt. :madpony:

Loved Curry in Legend too. And weirdly enough I just adored him as the evil Hexxus in Ferngully. Heh. It's his dreamy voice, I can't resist him. He hasn't aged real well though. lol
