You can choose to not ship overseas so you can have 4 weeks for the whole thing for sure. We've done this swap in the past with the same kind of guidelines and timeframes and it went smoothly. If for whatever reason there is a shipping delay from whoever you buy a pony from, you can just let me know when the time comes, since it happens. If you look into the timing (even with 3 weeks), you can take 1 week to 1/2 for finding/finalizing a pony purchase, and shipping should take 2 weeks tops if coming from another country, less than a week if coming from the US, so you should have time.

I also did a review of the wishlists that are up on the thread and sent feedback to some members. Let me know if anyone needs help with that.
 
*raises hand* oh great and powerful swap host, if we're thinking about downsizing some of our collection and we have something from our partners wish list, would it be considered cheating to just pull them off the shelf and mail them out?

Absolutely not! Whether it is in your collection or in your trade/sale ponies, or if you find it sitting on a street (because we all know there are ponies just sitting on streets), as long as the pony's condition fits what your partner wants, you're more than welcome to send them that pony.

PS - Your "great and powerful swap host" comment made me LOL
 
Whoo! I figured but wanted to double check. I was reading over everyone's wish lists last night and was like "got it, got it, got it" and they're all things that I've been looking at pondering whether I /really/ want them or not. Guess we'll just have to see who my partner is!

Important announcement: If you don't post your wishlist by tomorrow (August 3rd at 8:00PM PST), you will not be entered in this swap. We really need to have all the wishlists up by then so I can see that there are ponies your partner will be able to find, and in case we need to make any adjustments.

Partner assignments will take place on Saturday.
