Well it is and it isn't the lovely Claire wrote the G2 ones for me as I was soo short on time, and she did not use Lav's site to check the answers...... which is why some things are different.
 
I'm not quite sure what you mean by that Nat. I'm not much of a G2 buff.... What is Lav's site? LOL I fail... I am stoopid...
 
I think she means Lavonia's My Little Pony Collectors. :D A truly wonderful resource, although I personally use Rainbow Forest in the unlikely event I need some G2 info.

I think it's awesome that there's a good number of G2 questions in the trivia, by the way! I'm absolutely terrible at G2 stuff, so it helps me get outside my pony comfort zone. ;)

I do agree that question #9 is phrased sort of oddly though... I feel like it's supposed to read "yet there weren't any groom ponies in the G2 line until what year" -- but I learned my lesson with assuming intent with the German babies question! LOL So, yeah... Maybe I'll just write a novel about male G2s to cover my butt and hope the answer is in there somewhere...
 
I use Mylittleponycollector.com for everything except G3´s...... it is a great site.....:p

btw, BlushingBlue, that is what I did(write a novel about male G2s)..... you can never be sure when it comes to Nat..... hehe

I was gonna skip that question entirely but I figured give it a go. I'd rather guess wrong than not guess at all!
 
Uh I think BlushingBlue should get 10 points for that last answer- there's a huge blank space= novel!
 
Well, I didn't end up writing that much about the actual question, although I did throw in some random shout-outs for the heck of it. But then, what could all that white space possibly signify, if not an extremely thorough and detailed answer? Well, I'll tell you: Insomnia + coffee + ridiculous G2s = insane, poorly proofread mini-fic in the middle of the trivia game! XD

Maybe it's the sleep deprivation, or the fact that I've been staring at them for the past hour, but some of those gangly, dopey G2s are starting to grow on me. God help me if I start collecting them too. :bonk:

Morrioghan, Lav is Lavonia the creator of the my little pony collectors site. Lav is one of the most lovely people, she doesn't participate on the forums much but she's an important part of our community.

Wow!! BB, Caz and Gypsy all wrote novels for Q 11! hahahahaha I hope I got them all in there too!

I have to say question 12 was incredibly fun!
Although I wish I had learned the lesson of searching the forum for answers.

I ended up watching that rainbow movie on youtube in German, which made it even weirder than it probably would have been in English, LOL
